Breakfast was good, appreciated having eggs and sausages in addition to the usual continental items. We appreciated the mints at breakfast counter and service desk. The pool was nice, rooms were clean. On the small side but not too cramped. Staff was friendly. I absolutely loved the choices of soap, shampoo, lotions, etc. that were free of the usual toxins, unhealthy substances, and fragrances.

I didn't think the mattresses were particularly comfortable - a bit on the lumpy side. The rest of my family had no complaint with them.

Great location, amenities, rooms.

There was an issue with check-in when we arrived. Thankfully, I had already checked in on the app, but waited for quite awhile alongside others while staff were "dealing" with internet issues. Rather than try and solve the issue, it seemed like the front desk staff were simply voicing their frustration amongst themselves and just waiting for things to resolve.

The hotel was a bit pricy, but it was in a good location for us at the time. It was clean and they have a good breakfast.

Cleaning people knocked on the door at 9:00 AM and we were not up. They really shouldn't do that. They should find out who has checked out before they come try to clean the room.

As soon as I walked in I was pleased with the cleanliness of the building. When I walked in, the front desk employee was juggling multiple calls and still made time to greet me with a smile. Norma was so kind and accommodating, she had genuine warmth when speaking with me and my son Hospitality is truly rare now a days and she had so much! You have a valuable employee with her.

Everything was perfect.

A few things I loved about the property was the customer service and the cleanliness. Special shout out to Connor who checked me in. He was very informative and inviting. And a special shout out to the cleaning staff. My room was exceptionally clean. And this is coming from a person who owns a cleaning business. Thank you Hampton for an enjoyable stay!

There’s nothing

Great breakfast as always!

I did not like having to have a $25.00 “security fee” added to the bill…..that eventually would be refunded to me after the room was inspected I have stayed at Hampton Inns for over 20 yrs and this was the first time this has happened

Breakfast was above average with many fresh fruits to choose from along with waffles, yogurts, and a few hot choices. location was accessible, but not terribly close to any major attraction.

The prices were very high considering the location and service level.

Rosetta,the front desk girl was exceptional!! Friendly and always smiling. It was my birthday and we had a cake. I went down to the desk and she gave me plates,forks and napkins ! We always try to book this location when we come to visit.

We left our room very early in the morning and came back about 2:30 pm. Housekeeping hadn't even made it to our room to clean or bring new towels. I gave them our dirty ones and my daughter went down later to get fresh ones because my granddaughter was taking a nap.

Clean, very friendly, great location easy access.

Beds were not comfortable, too hard. However they are in process of remodeling hopefully update the beds.

that there wasn’t any mildew or mold on the shower curtain and walls.

the switch for the lights between the bed- why are they attached near the lamp? one has to stand up and get out of bed to turn it off, and as you reach up you lean into the pull out table top pushing that back under the nightstand and anything you had on it falls off.
