The service staff and kitchen staff do a very good job at keeping the guests happy and the hotel running. Overall very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend for people in need of an active summer/winter filled with hiking/skiing. Got our room upgraded, which was very kind of the hotel. The food is well prepared and we’d rate it 8/10.

Ideally we’d prefer a mini fridge in the room. Other than that everyone in the staff has been very kind and we really enjoyed our (albeit short) stay. //Robin & Niv

Great hotel in the heart of St. Anton. Big rooms with everything you need. We got an upgrade which was very good:) nice wellness area after a day if skiing for relaxation. Helpful staff.

The rooms were spacious and warm. All the staff were fantastic. Food was delicious. Great swimming pool and sauna. Short walk to Nasserein, ski hire and ski lift and down to main town for restaurants and Spar.

Delicious food, great location, a pool of perfect temperature and size. Close to the centre and cables. Great placs for a family summer holiday.

Asked to move rooms as you could hear the lift though the wall of the first room (room 510). Wasn't a major problem except at night and even then only for lighter sleepers (was with 2 kids). Probably something they could fix with insulation. Nevertheless they moved us without fuss so still very happy overall experience.

Perfect location w nice view, in the main street of St Anton. We had a large room, a newly return is her bathroom. Half Board was delecious.

The bed / matrasses could have been harder and the pool was small, nor as nice as the rest of the spa

An absolutely fantastic hotel , seeing as i got 9 days halfboard ..and a double room for single occupancy.. i cannot fault The Hotel Arlberg .. the meals and service was amazing..the hotel is in a prime position in St.Anton..I had the most amazing experience..just a top class hotel .

Great choice at breakfast and dinner with very attentive staff. Nice wellness area but naked sauna was off putting! Live music and Gala Buffet dinner were exceptional!

Hotel Arlberg is a true 4 star experience. Nothing is less than exceptionally well done. The staff is prifessional and friendly
