Central location, clean hotel, friendly staff.

Heating was way too hot, and it was centralised so we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We had to ask hotel staff to open the window (16th floor) and we had to sign this consent form to get it done. Apparently the hotel staff said a lot of people were complaining about the same issue. Having hotel windows open and heating on wasn’t a great option. The road noise was constant, and the cold and hot air were blowing at the same time. In addition, the ventilation of the hotel restaurant may not be very good as there js strong cooking smell in the lobby.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The beds are really good with good mattresses and pillows. The bathroom is big and the amenities quite nice. Overall a great stay. The breakfast was nice as well with good options for both asian and western options

The restaurant at breakfast was rather busy, we had to wait for a bit before we could be seated. The pools are not the most amazing, but nice to have in the heat of Chengdu

We had a lovely stay in St Regis Chengdu. The location is perfect for a stay in Chengdu, you can walk to nice shopping malls and restaurants. What I loved most aboit my stay was the excellent service by the butler team, and more in particular by butler Coco. She speaks very good English, and is always happy to help you out with recommandations for your stay. Her service was excellent and we enjoyed the talks with her to discover more about the city.

The hotel is excellent value for money The staff were fabulous , My wife had a problem and needed emergency dental treatment. We were helped to find a good English speaking dentist by Coco , one of the front of house staff, she was fantastic, and helped us more than she needed t.o This is a great place to stay , good breakfast great pool and amazing staff

very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel

wifi was not working very well for me, but probably it is because of Chinese restrictions, even with VPN I was not able to access google services on MacBook. the rest was very good

Almost all is as expected for a St Regis hotel . Butler service is great and very helpful. Breakfast is really for quality and wide choice. Coffee service came slow when there were a lot of people arriving for breakfast so a spate automated coffee machine will be useful.

The room was very stuffy on our first night, somewhat the Aircon didn’t work properly even we turned down it to the lowest temperature. During my staying there,most staff were good however a few of staff’s attitude feels not really welcoming.

At check in, we were there on time but was told that a non smoking room was not available and we had to wait for one to two hours. They did offer free breakfasts but we would’ve just preferred to have the room on time. Upon entering the room, only one set of bathrobe and slippers were offered despite we were two of us. So some minor glitches there, nothing major but the service could’ve been better.

Unattended towels poolside shouldB e cleared. A lot more claimed chairs than visitors. And smoking and loud speakers should not be allowed either if it was up to me

The hotel is perfectly located right next to a department store, and I loved grabbing my grape tea from Hey Tea, which was just a few steps away. The staff were super nice, and the room was quite spacious—definitely worth the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The noodles were fantastic!
