Central location, clean hotel, friendly staff.

Heating was way too hot, and it was centralised so we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We had to ask hotel staff to open the window (16th floor) and we had to sign this consent form to get it done. Apparently the hotel staff said a lot of people were complaining about the same issue. Having hotel windows open and heating on wasn’t a great option. The road noise was constant, and the cold and hot air were blowing at the same time. In addition, the ventilation of the hotel restaurant may not be very good as there js strong cooking smell in the lobby.

very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel

wifi was not working very well for me, but probably it is because of Chinese restrictions, even with VPN I was not able to access google services on MacBook. the rest was very good

Excelllent location

The room was very stuffy on our first night, somewhat the Aircon didn’t work properly even we turned down it to the lowest temperature. During my staying there,most staff were good however a few of staff’s attitude feels not really welcoming.

Location, spacious rooms.

At check in, we were there on time but was told that a non smoking room was not available and we had to wait for one to two hours. They did offer free breakfasts but we would’ve just preferred to have the room on time. Upon entering the room, only one set of bathrobe and slippers were offered despite we were two of us. So some minor glitches there, nothing major but the service could’ve been better.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to a department store, and I loved grabbing my grape tea from Hey Tea, which was just a few steps away. The staff were super nice, and the room was quite spacious—definitely worth the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The noodles were fantastic!

Relax & rejuvenate with sauna & steam after a long day. A memorable stay at suite is superb with sumptuous breakfast!

Location is 10-15mins away from the closest metro & Taiko Li... Though it is walkable but seems not as close & convenient especially on a very hot afternoon with baggage...

Believe booking.com portal used my first name as family name and it took a while for the staff to sort out and locate my booking. Guess this is more a portal problem. Obviously, the more experienced hotel staff helped to identify this usual portal error.

This was amazing. Reception, pool, sauna, saber Champaign bottle, swimming pool, gym, staff friendliness, proficiency in English, butler service, help with planning tour,.. they know the business and master every detail

I pretty like the hotel service that they would tidy up the the room at late afternoon. They would fill up the towels, coffee or tea, bottled water and etc.

I don't like hotel surrounding and the shopping mall next to hotel.

The butler service was on an exceptional level, the view was good, the breakfast had enough variety. The room was also very spacious and I will definitely stay there again if I come to Chengdu.
