Really good hotel, just few minutes walk from the terminal by the corridor. We had a good few hours sleep- quiet room with dark curtains was perfect after long travel. Breakfast was great, with our favourite Chinese food items , which we’ve never seen anywhere else before for breakfast (first time in China).

I did advise the hotel that our flight lands at 4.50 am, so it is going to be very late (or early) check in. But when we arrived the reception lady said our booking was cancelled as it’s already so late for check in. Thanks God they had rooms available and all went well, so I just think telling us it was cancelled when I have advised about our late/early arrival was a bit unprofessional.

Perfect location straight out of International Departures intot he Hotel. PLenty of food options in airport whisch is connected and can walk there in 5 minutes. Very large room and bathroom, and relativly quiet considering its next to airport.

Wifi didnt work so well, but I think that maybe China in general where you cant really access western sites whatsapp, google etc

This place was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my 2 months traveling. It was definitely a splurge because I wanted to be right inside the airport for my flight the following morning. It was easy to find and located in a perfect area! The showers are GREAT ! The rooms are big and beautiful. The staff friendly ! Breakfast in the morning was HUGE and yummy. My only regret is not spending a few days in the city Shenzhen. Seemed like an amazing city ! Even the airport was gorgeous !

Caring service to my mum who just recovered from her leg surgery and walk with difficulty. Breakfast range are good. Room size is very good. Kitchenette is fully functional with pot amd pans. Turnable tv to fave lounge or bed. Very quiet and comfy bed to sleep.

Quite a walk from arrival to hotel. Should offer buggy on arrival. Check in and out staff were unfriendly and not professional.

Very convenient location as it’s inside the airport itself on the arrival area. Staff is also very helpful, English speaking front desk staff. Breakfast buffet with a good spread. Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

The Ala cart food served was not very fresh we felt.

The property was managed very well . The breakfast was excellent , with very good service . The location of the Hotel in a perfect location and while being in situ in the airport the airport enables the virtue of being well designed and therefore benefits from it .

WiFi was not working for us. Not a criticism per se, but bear in mind that English is often not spoken or understood at all, have a translator on your phone ready if you want to talk about anything other than hello, thank you, check in, check out.

The location is great if in need of an overnight stay at Shenzhen Airport: walking distance to the terminal which gives you more time to catch some sleep between flights. Very competent and kind reception when checking in, despite arrival in the middle of the night.
