We stayed here in February and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Sindy at the reception assisted us wonderfully. The hotel also offers its own chauffeur service, and Indra, a very friendly young man, drove us around and provided outstanding service making our stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The location was perfect—right in the city center and directly connected to the largest mall in Manado. Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the price-quality ratio was more than excellent. A big compliment to all the staff! They are great with a sense of service truly make this hotel! Rooms clean and very comfortable. Views stunning. Breakfast excellent - wide variety, high quality and good vibe. Location is excellent and close to everything. Swimming pool outstanding with fantastic views out across the ocean to islands.

Check-in messy and delayed. Staff at reception distracted and failed to complete our check-in and moved on to other customers, who arrived after us and were processed and, in their rooms promptly. A bit warm in the breakfast area - aircon is not great in that space. Check out messed up - was given late checkout (1 hour) only to find locked out of room at normal checkout time.

Great stay in the heart of Manado! The hotel is in the best location—super convenient and easily accessible to shopping centers, restaurants, and everything you need in the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a late flight home and requested a late check-out, which they kindly granted—really appreciated their flexibility and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Manado!

Excellent service from airport pickup to checkout. Was generous enough to give us extra hour at check out. Room reasonable size. Plenty of outlets. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. Staff welcoming and quick to help. Wifi good. Room service quick and reasonable. Light switches a bit confusing. One turned off bedside outlets and bathroom. Hotel was full so catching an elevator took a while at key times.

Didn't have separate switches to turn off bathroom lights from bedside lights. Pool music a bit loud if you had a room right over it.

Beautiful Ocean views And the breakfast so much food. Feel like home🤣 We had visitors breakfast only $11/person buffet, wow! Because we stay there, we can invite friends and families enjoying the breakfast for only $11/person and always plenty food left over. From room to pool and ocean views soo Beautiful. If you are going just for rest and enjoying the hotel, pool, Gym and views, really good place to go. Especially if you just wanted to stay at the Hotel and Shopping center is connecting from the Hotel. Thank you Four Points Manado, can't wait to go back again🙏😁❤️

If you walk around the beach.

Absolutely amazing staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve seen in a hotel. The rooms are super comfortable and the pool is amazing. It’s right in the centre of the manado, with a mall attached to it. If you keep going left after leaving the hotel to the Main Street you also get to megamas in around 15min. The hotel is a gem in the middle of manado city centre.

Honestly everything was great.

A comfortable bed, the aircond was good, closer to the mall. It’s a clean accommodation and the view from our room was lovely.

The housekeeping had forgotten the hand towel and face washer in our bathroom but it is not a problem considering the room is very clean. Also, the shreded Cakalang/Tuna (one of the Side dish for the Nasi Kuning) was off. I had a swollen and an Itch tongue after I had the Nasi Kuning with that shreded Tuna.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety and good food. Room was comfortable and clean. Location - was very handy for the shopping mall and reasonably close to the airport. Staff - were lovely. So friendly and helpful. They made us feel really welcome.

I chose a city facing room, which turned out to be quite noisy at 4:30 am when the two mosques started to chant. The traffic on Friday night was also quite noisy at around 2am, with motor bike racers.

We used the hotel twice for our oncoming trip to our final destination and on the way back home again. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Could storage one piece of luggage till our return. Airport transportation was arranged through hotel. Christian from reservation office was very helpful and efficient. Everything worked out very smoothly. Great breakfast! We will be back! Friendly staff, comfortable bed, cleaness, location, partial sea view was good.

Room is a bit small. Refill body soap almost empty and 2nd day also not filled. Seems cleaning service never check before guest coming and 2nd day of my stay also not checking.
