Excellent location, close to shops and other amenities. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. Room was spotless. Staff were friendly. Nice variety of foods for breakfast including fresh waffle maker. Couldn’t hear any traffic on the freeway.

We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us. Sounded like children running around late at night.

We had been driving all day and needed a place to stay for the night before heading on a long-drive home the next day. The Quality Inn in Banning was conveniently off the main highway accepted pets and had a great price. Enclosed pet exercise area. Room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable. Easy on/off of freeway.

1)No eggs served for breakfast 2) HAZARD: The side building wall facing freeway felt unsafe. NO PROTECTION wall was built on the side of freeway to avoid crash inpact. A car or Semi truck at a high speed can crash into hotel rooms on bottom floor. Jikes!

Clean, easy to access

Parking lot. Distance to Morongo Casino. They were booked full on a Tuesday night, say they’re full often. Nearest hotels were 5 miles. Place a hotel within a mile of the casino and you’d get lots of the people that couldn’t get a room at the casino.

Accommodations. Was Surprised this time making reservations. It didn't pop up ask if I was Guest. When my Nephew arrived I had call booking.com have him added. 9kay lesson learned. He's returning 11-1-2024.

inside was very Clean . The outside cigarette butts all over and lots of Homeless people 😔 ihad to ask a lady NOT to smoke in front of my window 🤦‍♀️again the inside was Nice

Too many Homeless wondering around. Have the smokers stand 20 feet from the windows to the rooms and the Front entrance 😒

The manager and her staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable! We were traveling on motorcycles, so had a few special requests. They were able to meet all of our needs. Thank you all!!!

Very clean rooms great location. The only thing I can say is that the hallways needed a really really good vacuum. But it was a great location. I would stay again.

The location was great. Easy to find. The room was clean. I liked that there was breakfast offered.

The pool was VERY SMALL. When I went to check it out, it was crowded. Decided not to bother.

It’s a nice safe property. Clean and friendly staff.
