The downside of being at this hotel was the pool, my daughter went swimming and broke out in a rash due to the over compensation of chlorine that was used.

The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked well and the hot water lasted all through my long shower overall I was happy with the room.

The outside property needed some cleaning up like sweeping the walkways and picking up trash.

The location was convenient and near to a lot of fast food and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean with great mountain views. The staff was friendly and I felt safe on property. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable and the lighting was great.

The pillows could have been a bit more firm. They seemed worn out.

No breakfast. Only coffee in the lobby. I stayed 3 nights, not just 1. Great front desk personnel... each of them super nice, friendly, competent, went above and beyond.

Other hotel guests were loud and partying. Someone pulled the fire alarm and it took a while to get it to turn off.

I did like the place was close to Morongo Casino. We requested a handicap accessible room. I was pleased with how much room was available for my wheelchair if I needed it. And the shower seat was sturdy. And they do come in and clean your room we liked it and didn't only because I tend to leave a mess in the morning when getting ready. But seems they did just leave that and make the bed add towels and get the trash. Pretty awesome.

The area was a bit sketchy. Even some locals we talked to suggested where we should stay next time. And the giant roach in the tub had us checking our bags twice to make sure we didn't have any extra passengers. I suspect it came up from the drain. The AC units need a major cleaning. But it was a place to sleep and the lady at the front desk was awesome.

Shareen at the front desk was super welcoming. I had booked the wrong room, but they were understanding and help me fix it. Thank you again! It was nice to have friendly service after some tough traveling.

The room was clean an smelled fresh bed comfortably soft very quiet atmosphere ...the staff are very polite and help made our stay comfortably warming

We been comming here since 2019 when they served breakfast. When we found of that travel lodge removed breakfast was a big disappointment

No elevators to accommodate handicapped. My husband is a 100% disabled. We both have issues with our knees we asked for the 1st floor bur all full.

Pet friendly great staff great housekeeping

No grass in back for pets to potty and need poop bag & disposal of poop. Noisy next to freeway. Need barrier wall between motel and freeway.

All is fine during our stay. Some other people saying that it is noisy but we feel good. Yes, it is noisy outside as close to main road, but it is quiet when you close the door. This is a standard motel.
