The location was very convenient for me and the service was excellent. I requested disability accommodations, which were available, and the office staff were very accommodating to all my needs. I was so grateful that there was parking available right outside my door.

I have MS and ask for a room that would accommodate my disability. My room was on the 1st floor near the office and the room was great. However, in the bathroom there was no place to sit, except for in the shower. Even a small stool would have been helpful, especially when there's 2 people sharing the bathroom which is not divided, separating the commode side from the shower. I guess that's the challenge with an ADA bathroom.

The only thing about how the problem with I try to check in at 10:00 cuz I came from San Diego and I talked to them the day before they said they could have something for me try to come back at 3:00 I'll hang out at the park until 3:00 but other than that everything was good hopefully next time I show I'll come you guys will have something ready for let you guys know in advance cuz I usually go to some kids and they'll be helpful for me cuz I come on the Greyhound I'll get there like at 8:00:00 next time maybe you could have a room ready for me at 10 10 11 instead of 3:00 I asked for the day before they said yes but it didn't happen but it's okay but everything else was perfect I will go back in a couple of weeks thank you

I liked the pool was so nice and clean and comfortable and I love the African American women who worked in the morning she was very nice and respectful and the pool cleanning man was a awesome man very friendly thank you so much

I didnt care for the women who worked for the morning also a Mexican lad she is a thick women very rude lady who worked the front and the beds were very un comterble you could feel the springs and the bed was so uncomfortable as heck need new beds sorry but that hurt my back

I did not have a breakfast, I did not know one was offered. The location was good. It was on a Main Street yet still quite and also next to a good restaurant.

I did not like having to pay for ice. The machine only took quarters, however I would say most people don’t carry any sort of change these days so it was inconvenient.

I love that the property was clean, it's close to food and stores, the room didn't smell of smoke, it was clean from the bed to the shower area I love it, also has a mini fridge and microwave would definitely stay again.

Honestly for the price and location I really didn't have anything bad to say

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, we weren't watched like we were in prison which was great and the overall experience was pleasurable

I didn't like that on both beds there were what looked like blood stains and in the middle of the night my mother saw a cockroach Dr

Worker at desk tried to charge me again then when I showed it paid through booking.com she was rude and told me I needed to call and figure it out or pay again. Then asked if I wanted a manager, I responded I'd like someone who knows what they are doing. Manager came out and I was checked in and in my room 4 min later. Slow down, focus, and maybe some daily/wkly training on systems. Work on your people skills.

Magic cleaning quiet that was great start off rocky but we keep understanding. Understanding is good. I’m still here. I’m just didn’t go to Pay every day.

Property a bit dated and worn on outside! Men’s restroom by pool out of order! Jacuzzi hot but jets not working! Still nice to have it warm for aching muscles!

AC a bit beaten. Price a bit high, but manageable!
