Customer service was outstanding! We stayed for a week and got to know the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. The hotel was very clean, smelled clean, and was kept up daily. The King suite was comfortable and clean. There is a pool - we didn't use it- and a very nice fire table which we used almost nightly to enjoy some wine. The on-site gym was good and breakfast was fine. The usual: scrambled eggs, potatoes, various sausage breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, etc. It wasn't gourmet but it served its purpose. Jordon at the front desk was fabulous as well as all of the front desk staff. Unfortunately, we didn't get everyone's name but the gentleman in charge of housekeeping was fabulous as well! Great location and very close to wine country, dining options, and the 215 freeway.

Great breakfast, excellent location.

They gave us a room for handicapped people without letting us know that was the type of room they were giving us and not one that we had requested or required. There was a $14 fee for parking. The coffee provided in the room was just one regular and one decaf. For a total cost of almost $300 for one night stay, I did not feel that the room was worth that much.

The gifts for 10 year old that were set up by staff to surprise him. He enjoy that a great deal! The 24-hour firepit was so relaxing for my husband and I while the kids were within eyesight playing in the pool/jacuzzi at the same time.

The only thing I wasn't too happy with, was the shower. Both the shower head and the shower knob seemed to be coming off of the wall. The breakfast was decent....not the best, but it was ok. Other than that, it was great.

Very nice hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice spacious shower/bathroom and the small fridge in the room was very convenient. There is a 24/7 kiosk at the front desk to purchase drinks/snacks items. The breakfast buffet was pretty well stocked and very clean and efficiently run every morning.

The breakfast had a very good variety, especially for oatmeal toppings, but standard waffle maker, eggs, etc. The staff kept all items stocked and clean

Charging for parking was ridiculous being in a suburb type town. Construction was also all around the hotel, but this will end in 2025 presumably. We got up at 0700 before the construction started for the day, so no issue for us.

The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

I believe there was no advanced notice on the website that there was a fee for parking. There is plenty of parking at this hotel area and no need to charge for it, especially since this location is not near an airport where you could have transportation.

Location was great for our purpose. Breakfast is pretty good. Room is clean and comfy.

The street it is on is difficult to navigate. There is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel, but you cannot get back to the hotel in a car without driving across the main road, making a u turn in a residential area, and then going back across the main road. Makes no sense.

I've stayed at this hotel before when visiting family and highly recommend it to others. David at the front desk is helpful and has a great attitude. As soon as I walked into the lobby I was recognized and felt welcomed. Five stars to the entire staff for going the extra mile to make guest feel welcome. Thank you!

Menifee is a new town, so it's not for those interested in history or old buildings.... I couldn't find any!!!

It was in a convenient location. Previously, there were no decent hotels in the area. It was clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and in a bright, comfortable room. The room was cute and comfortable. The bathroom was large with lots of counter space and a large walk-in shower. The bed, however, was somewhat soft and saggy. It didn't keep me from sleeping, though.

The bed was softer than I liked.
