The value was the draw when booking this room. the front desk lady was nice and I appreciated they let you leave a cash deposit so you don't have to wait for the 3 to 5 business days to get your deposit back.

You're literally on the freeway the pool is tiny and uninviting. The location is literally between the freeway and a populated street.

Breakfast was awesome they have a waffle machine you make your own waffles yummmmm and apple juice and orange juice milk and coffee and cereal 😋staff was super friendly and polite 1-10 staff get a 10 went above and beyond for me and my family plus place is super clean an pool is awesome highly recommend this place if you’re visiting lake Elsinore 👍👍👍👍👍

Noting this place was excellent

location, price, staff treated me with respect, I asked for a quiet area and it was very quiet

1. Breakfast was ‘ok’… pm staff person very helpful, flexible, kind. 2. Morning staff person abrupt, closed the breakfast bar early, refused to make more coffee. staff person was polite but very curt and seemed inflexible. 3. Nothing anyone could really do, but since I was by myself and weather was bad and rainy; this was probably the one time I wished you had an elevator so I could get my luggage upstairs without issue. Sue to the rain the stairs AND walkways were noticeably slippery. I quickly learned to avoid certain areas of the upstairs exterior hallway due to water and increased slippery areas. I was really trying to avoid an unnecessary injury.

Location was perfect for us and price was reasonable. I called to make sure later check-in was okay, and the lady I spoke with actually called me back to make sure it was correct that we were in a smoking room, which I would not have liked, so I am grateful she went above and beyond to call and ask me. Other staff were easy-going, so checking in and out was super quick. Place was quiet. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but it wasn't miserable either. Place was clean. We would stay here again.

The bed and bedding wasn't great. Mattress was not great, and the sheets kept coming off the comforter and the comforter was ripped.

The front lady was great! Wish I remembered her name, but she had short straight hair with glasses. She was so lovely!

The curtains were messed up; it looked like maybe they just weren't hooked correctly. Luckily I had a hair clip that i used for them to stay closed that got the job done for just staying one night :)

2 of the reception staff were great, 1 was a little less helpful. Also I thought rooms would be serviced every 3 days - I had to ask each time. Otherwise was a very good stay

Clean and spacious, next to freeway, but relatively quiet. Very friendly staff.

The shower drain seemed plugged up, drained very slow, and had about a inch of standing water in the bottom.

The blankets were really good and comfortable.

It's a little hard to hear the receptionist through the check-in/out window.

There was no elevator and being elderly it was hard Togo up the stairs. They could have included muffins on their breakfast
