I liked the cleanliness, the bathroom smelled like if had just been cleaned despite a late check in. Breakfast was good, though there wasn't a big range of fresh fruit, just oranges. Check in and check out process was easy.

The ac unit could use an update. We couldn't set it to automatic turn off or on at a temperature so it was either cold or , hot or stuffy. There was also no toiletries available. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk didn't have any, I had to buy one from the 7 Eleven. For almost 300 a night these items should be available.

Liked the bed acomodations. Had extra SOFA bed and an extra bed underneath. Most employees were nice and polite. Liked the pool. Very nice indoor pool. Liked the service. No hassel when asking for extra towels or new towels or trash bags. Like the hotel overall.

We just didn't like the only employee at night, as we checked in. the receptionist seemed a little rude or frustrated. We liked the breakfast but we didn't like that every day was the same breakfast. I think it could of been changed daily. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday same breakfast. Also, the hall carpets could get a little renovation or change. They looked either old or dirty. It was dirty brown looking. Unless that's how the color looked. Wasnt a good look either way.

Love location, breakfast, workers especially my Hawaiian princess 'Myrtle'(front desk). Was an awesome stay indeed and would love to report back near future. And the Suites(King) provide plenty 0f room.

Did not like the 28th-day Rule especially not being notified on-time which caused me financial pain as was in a very tight squeeze. Everything was pleasant till got "ruled-out" and RULE ok if we're notified 1-week prior.

I really like the indoor pool that was available. My children wanted to return for our next trip, so that they could get the chance to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast options that was offered there.

We only stayed 1 night, but from what we experienced, we didn't find anything we did not like.

The staff was great, the room was ready and clean when I arrived. The hotel is in a great location. There was a gas station and shopping plaza (with an Albertsons, Target and eateries) withing walking distance.

There were a few stains on the carpet and patches in the bathtub.

Close to Temecula, our reason for stay was a soccer tournament. The hotel is family friendly, clean, affordable, comfy beds! Pool for the kiddos and an excellent breakfast ! Norma at the front desk was so kind ! So was the sweet lady in the dining room, didn’t get her name but she was a joy!

Staff were friendly, beds were comfy, and rooms were clean. Location was close to the freeway and across the way there is a diner for breakfast and lunch in case you miss breakfast like we did. It was also quiet.

Vending machines were having technical issues. Breakfast finished at 9am on weekdays, which seemed early. I thought it was 10am. Minor issues, but just worth noting

The CEO should be forced to eat that breakfast every day for two months.

The clock on the night stand had bright green numbers that blinded me every time I looked at it. What ever happened to using RED to preserve your night vision and not wake you too much when you look at it.

The staff were so pleasant and kind. Our room was so wide and big enough for a family of five whose kids are all teens/adult age. The breakfast had good choices.

The back door was never working so it remained unlocked.
