A young man I believe his name was Cory working that late shift went above and beyond when he saw that I twisted my ankle and and was barely able to walk into the facility. He provided me a wheelchair to use without me asking. That was very nice and professional of him. He deserves a huge kudos.

Everything was great. I think a few female members can be a little more friendlier at the front desk not that they were mean but they were just a little mediocre. Just give advice because CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything. I wish your complementary breakfast will stay open until at least 11 AM. Not everybody is an early riser. Lol But no complaints.

I called in with a question and the person at the front desk was so helpful and kind. When I arrived, the person assisting with check in was just as friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and a good amount of space for the price. Breakfast was delicious and the person assisting there was so nice. Every interaction I had during my stay was far above my expectations and I would absolutely stay here again.

The towels didn't smell super fresh/clean. That was my only issue with my stay.

I love how professional the staff was especially (John or Sean) because I called the same day to ask for an early Chreck in. He put notes for the staff, so when I arrived, Kimberly was right on it. She even asked if I was checking in pets. She explained everything the hotel offered. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good, and check out a breeze. Hotel near freeway.

The shower dish needs to be changed

We were very happy with this hotel overall. Super helpful and welcoming staff at the front desk as soon as we arrived and helpful at different points during our stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and also plenty of room to sit, which is not always the case at other Temecula/ Murrieta hotels. Reasonable prices as well. We'll go back.

This is not anything that the hotel can control, but it's easy to drive into the hotel as you're coming off the freeway at Rancho California, but as you leave, you're obligated to turn right and drive a bit.

I was blown away by the room and it's size. It was much larger than I expected and it was decorated quite nicely. The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfy, the couch was comfy, and the AC worked to perfection!

Obviously it seems as though the hotel is starting to go through a remodel so the hallways were not as nice as the rooms, but that's a minor thing. Also it's a little inconvenient to only be able to access the hotel from the front as the side doors did not seem to work with my key card.

The layout of the room was spacious and comfortable. The spa tub was nice. The hot breakfast buffet was good; well stocked and fresh.

The hand lotion dispenser was empty. There was a dusty smear or dirty area on one of the valances over the window in our room that made me wonder how clean the room really was? Everything seemed clean but I didn't like seeing that obvious dirty area in our room. There was loud tree trimming & tree shredding machine right outside our window at 9:00 am. Didn't make for a relaxing morning before breakfast. Maybe having that kind of maintenance could be done after the 11:00am check out time?

Conveniently located in Old Town Temecula and a pickup/dropoff location for the Grapeline Winery shuttle bus, which we reserved for the Big Red Fest. The front desk gave us waters, which was an excellent call! We could also easily walk to bar/restaurant options for dinner. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles. No issues at all with the room, would definitely stay here again! Oh and right now there was a big nest with some ravens above the Hampton Inn sign, thought that was adorable :)

While not as big as the room I've booked here in the past it suited my needs for this particular trip. The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy, and the view was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The only quibble I can think of was that my room wasn't ready when I arrived by the lady at the check in desk was very nice and it was ready within twenty minutes. Overall not that big of a deal and didn't really affect my stay.

Room was spacious for my family and loved the kitchen area

I was supposed to get a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out for my family of 5 and there was no pullout so one of us had to put two chairs together to make a makeshift bed.

Great location to easily get around Temecula while staying off the main freeways …you could easily hop on Jefferson Avenue and cruise up to Murrieta

Maybe needs more lighting around parking areas on the side of building and the staff at the front desk although were great, just maybe needed some support staff to run errands to rooms because they would have to leave front desk unattended although it was only briefly …
