The location was beautiful, and close to so many restaurants and theatre. We always enjoy having a mini fridge and microwave available. Also, a separate TV room with sofa. The room provided all the amenities, air conditioning, iron, and a blow dryer. Lastly, the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had. There is something for everyone. There were 2 chefs on site preparing pancakes and omelettes on request. They were both extremely efficient, kind and produced wonderful food.

The walls in the bedroom were a bit "furry", and the bathroom sink backed up several times. The air conditioner was a bit loud.

Clean but dated room. Breakfast was quite good, especially the omelet bar.. Public areas of the hotel were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and very helpful.

Noisy HVAC in room. We stayed two nights but received no fresh towels nor did they refresh the coffee service. I realize this is a moderately priced hotel but I they got a little stingy in this aspect.. The suite had two TVS, one in bedroom and one in living room however, there was only one remoter control.

The floor plan is missing circulation between interior space and outdoor area ( finding the pool was confused) Cleaness: During our state nobody clean the room and changed towels. I didn't received our refund yet,I was told $50.00 reimbursement and I still waiting for. The handle of sliding door was broke so make sure you provide the accurate maintenance. All my comments are for you to improve,I am still thinking in going back in my future trips to Temecula

We stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Our room never hit cleaned. The second day, we asked about it when we got back from the wedding late, and was told we had to request it. So we requested it for noon the next day. It still did not get cleaned. We were out all day again, and we were very annoyed to come back to no towels. They did bring us some towels and toilet paper. The following day, we were checking out. Disappointed. Breakfast is also not like some Embassy suites. Small area and breakfast. It seems like they bought an old hotel and tried to turn it into an Embassy, but not the same as others. Rooms smaller too.

Staff were great everyone spoke. Drinks were great food in bar from menu was delicious. Bartender was wonderful. Front desk staff wonderful. Bed was the best. Location is wonderful

The decor is old. The pictures in my room on walls were unsettling. Not for peace of mind. The long halls are unsettling also. The curtains in rooms are a little much. The Suite seemed crowded The furniture is dated just felt as in some old persons house

I did not like bookings.com modify options. Even the hotel would let me modify my days but bookings.com did not. Very disappointed. I will not use booking.com in the future.

I also didn’t like that bookings.com held $700 in my account which made me have to transfer money to pay for my hotel room. It took a few days to get the credit back.

Our room was lovely and we enjoyed having a small living space as well as a bedroom. The location was great and we were able to enjoy some of the breakfast in the morning. The best part was the kindness of the staff at check-in:)

We would have loved to stay a little longer. With teens checking out at noon would have been nice:)

The property was ok, kinda old needs remodeling the bed was excellent, the workers were so polite and helpful every time we needed something the continental breakfast was 101% the omelet cooks absolutely amazing I made sure to tip them hugely. Your workers like I said very professional thank you to the Bartender too she was absolutely wonderful to our wedding party and family

It was fine, the rooms need new furniture a bit old and outdated but definitely felt very safe to walk around

We had the best time in the hotel bar , the bar tender was great she was making drinks for everyone , she actually made a group of strangers laugh and have a good time . You have a great staff member working for you there ! I forgot her name , I would like some one to recognize her efforts she deserves an atta girl !

Nice accomodations, the public area has ample patio furniture for sitting around to visit and enjoy the weather. The happy hour was fun and hopping, as many showed up for the event. Would stay again.

The literature given to us said the bar/restaurant opened at 2:00 daily. But it opened around 5:30 p, so we had to get out and walk around (no car) to find something to eat. Front desk unable to help us as to where to go, finally one of the maintenance crew was very helpful. I think it is imperative that front desk should be familiar with the area and have concierge skills to assist visitors who are unfamiliar with the location. Other than that, the stay was great, as was the accomodations and most of the staff.
