Beautiful location and views; very quiet; nice seating areas and pool/spa; room was beautifully appointed; bed comfy; staff pleasant

Self serve limited breakfast in outside kitchen area. Facility is far from warm breakfast options. Could have had fresh eggs, not only hard boiled or instant type oatmeal to cook your own warm breakfast. Seemed convenient for property, not for guest. Had to make own coffee in outside commons area.. Multiple repairs needed attending in room.

Beautiful large room with a great soaking tub. Including cozy bathrobes and slippers and super clean! Gorgeous pristine pool and hot tub. Sweet water fountain out front. Has a mini fridge and came with continental breakfast and a bottle of complementary wine of our choice!

They say they are adult only but there is a 2 year old who lives on site. We could hear lots of crying when we were enjoying our pool time and unfortunately the walls are very thin so we could hear the child when we were inside our room as well. We contacted Management about this and they offered to move us to their sister property Which wasn’t as nice and we didn’t want to move, I chose that property and room because I liked it. And they did not offer any kind of refund for moving. They ended up leaving for the night with the child. And we had a peaceful stay after that. Don’t get me wrong, I love children but if a place says it’s adult only it should be. My husband and I thought the bed was very uncomfortable and both had sore backs the next day. 

Our room was beautiful. Very well appointed and comfortable. The bed was great and even my husband who can't sleep anywhere but home slept like a baby! We enjoyed our time by the pool and the outdoor kitchen area was very nice. We prepared our dinner there rather than going out so we could fully enjoy the lovely outdoor area. Nobody else was around and we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. The other couple we were traveling with just couldn't get over what a great find. They had a larger room with direct access to the pool. I would definitely select one of those rooms next time. Each room had a open space in front with a table and chairs. Parking was right next to our room. I can't wait to stay at the sister property this fall. Close to everything in the wine country.

No electrical outlet in the bathroom! We were in the Rimini room which had no direct access to the pool. Instead of walking around we just went through my daughter's room

This place exceeded our expectations! We had a little trouble finding our room at first, but I was able to easily call Arianna and she walked us through what to do. She was very helpful during our stay and responded right away. The property is like you are staying in a private residence. With only 5 villas, the ambiance is calm and relaxing - perfect for an anniversary celebration. You don't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The room was much larger than expected and clean! The bathroom was excellent with a large tub and separate shower, which was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. We loved the comfy robes provided! The heated pool is in the back of the property with a great common area. We can't say enough positive things about this place. When we go back to pick up wine in Temecula, we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is not something that is prepared for you. You can access an outdoor kitchen all day to make meals. There were eggs, bread, granola, etc. While this wasn't an issue for us, I thought that should be clarified for others.

The building design and decor is exceptional - very spacious. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit area are very inviting, with lots of seating and retreating. The setting is very scenic and private. This was truly a private resort type atmosphere. the host was responsive to our calls, and patient with unfounded complaints regarding other room availability.

The unattended outdoor breakfast area had bagels, a toaster, ceral, whole fruit, and coffee. It could have used a little more variety and maybe some hot food. It first seemed like a long walk in our swim suits and robes, ... down the front steps and around through the driveway to the back of the building, to get to the gated pool area in the dark (thus our request for other room). But then we finally figured out on the 2nd day, that we could walk the wrap-around deck, outside the other rooms...right or wrong.

We stayed at the Rancho Villa and found it very beautiful, the privacy was great . We liked that it was adult only . The views along with the private jacuzzi and lap pool was nice . We enjoyed the continental breakfast items offered . The managers were very nice and accommodating with our requests . The Villa was clean and modern , very comfortable.

Seriously cannot think of any negatives about the property.

I loved how clean our room was. I loved the lights in there it just really added that touch of brightness. The pool looked really nice but didn’t get to use it just because it was too cold to use. The view in general was nice and such a peaceful place to be at! Would definitely consider coming back!

The thing that I didn’t like and wish they could do better is not to have too much expired stuff. The breakfast was self served and they had all the bread expired the only thing I got was yogurt and coffee and the fruit was amazing.

Our stay in the Rimini suite was great. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Check in and check out we’re smooth and easy. The property manager was sweet and personable and showed us where everything we needed was. There is a pool and hot tub, ice machine, premium channels, outdoor lounging areas, and great views. I personally appreciated that the location felt secluded but was only 5 min from some wineries and 15-20 min from Old Town Temecula.

Just wish the unit had a mini fridge and that the walls were thicker. Everything was very quiet at the property but we could faintly hear voices and the TV from surrounding units.

Our stay was great! The pool and backyard view is amazing. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only problem we had was with the AC going out overnight. However, the staff was addressing it as best they could. I would 100% stay here again!!

Not a big deal, but it's helpful to know that the included breakfast has limited options. Mostly toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. If you don't typically go for those, I wouldn't plan on having breakfast there. That is all!! :)

We loved the incredibly spacious room with two patios and entrances, the views over wine country and the access to a hot tub ( also a pool but not warm enough this time of year). The remote check in was seamless and the staff available for questions. There are lots of dining options- eat at a winery or other restaurant, order in and eat at in room dining table or one of the many outdoor dining areas, or cook at the outdoor kitchen…

This place was pretty perfect but I would prefer something other than plastic utensils and paper plates.
