Spotless. Has full kitchen and it was so super clean. Ice maker in fridge worked. Front desk super friendly. Location near some restaurants. Breakfast is good and common area is very large and comfortable.

The auto pull in area to check in is small and a bit awkward to go from there to check in area. The air intake vent for heat/ac is super large ( vertical on wall…3’ x 2’?)..and in the bedroom…and very loud. Loud at normal function…not a “broken” unit…it is moving air to function. All staynridges I have stayed in had this design and similar noise when working normally. If you are a light sleeper you cannot stay here…trust me.

2 rooms which gave us a lot of space and our son could watch TV in a different room in the morning. Everything was very clean and nice. Kitchen had a big fridge, a stove and all you need for cooking or eating in, even wine glasses and corkscrewer. We had a chance to use their laundry room because we had been traveling for a long time. Fire outside till late at night and social hours with free beer and wine. Breakfasts were very good! The location wasn't bad, we were visiting Disneyland and SeaWorld those days and everything was about 60-90 min drive. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area just walking distance. We loved staying there!

Hotel was clean and check in process was fast and smooth. Breakfast was good and had the usual offerings (waffle maker, bagels, eggs, potatoes, muffins, toast, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and sausage. Room was clean and was odorless (good thing). Hotel was in a convenient location to old town Temecula and a short 5 min drive to shopping and the casino.

I have 4 kids, 2 of which sleep on the fold out couch. There was no bedding in the room to make the fold out bed. Had to go pick it up at the front desk unless I wanted to wait until 9pm. The front desk informed me that there were also no pillows available for the fold out couch but they checked some storage closets and found some for us. No complimentary water in the rooms.

I had an absolutely incredible stay! I cannot rave about the staff enough, they were incredibly friendly, super helpful, and informative even when I was checking in it felt like I was catching up with an old friend they were professional, yet personal which are traits that I do admire in employees. (Shout out to Camille, Jasmine, & Daniel thank you all for being amazing ❤️) As far as the room, it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The only thing I was disappointed in was the water pressure in the shower, but the staff has no control over that. Breakfast was good. They had a large variety of hot and cold items which was amazing. The Jacuzzi and pool were clean and beautifully blue. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time & I wish I could have stayed longer.

Look I use to work in a luxurious downtown 5 star hotel in San Diego so I have seen the filth behind closed doors , and I was extremely impressed when I checked several spots that are to easy to hide from the general public but not a pro like me , The room was not overwhelmed with a clean perfume smell to mask the sour, dirty, odors that like to linger in the air of hotels , I will be activity looking to stay at the Staybridge hotel chains for my many future destinations stays ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The employees are accommodating and always practicing direct eye contact with me and my family which always shows confidence in there work ethic 👍

The bed in the room were super comfy. I liked that this hotel room had a kitchen and a living room, making it a perfect option rather than an expensive Airbnb. The breakfast had a nice selection of food. The entrances to the hotel were easy and convenient. I liked the location of the hotel as there were restaurants all around and it was right next to the freeway.

I liked the options for breakfast, however some items ran out halfway through and were not refilled. The decaf coffee also tasted bad. In the room, some areas were not entirely cleaned (shower had trash, countertop had sticky red substance, drawer had trash/dirt). Lastly, the heater was not working so when taking a shower the water would not get hot. The pullout couch had a very old mattress that was very uncomfortable and did not have sheets.

Everything! Didnt know what to expect because I typically dont stay in franchise hotels. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff (shout out to Shawn and Dec 12 morning front desk person..sorry didnt catch her name) are so accommodating and friendly. The hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There’s a kitchen in the suite and laundry facilities that we would have definitely used if we stayed longer. Didnt realize there was Mon-Wed 5-7pm happy hour with complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks including make your own nachos the night we stayed. That was a nice surprise that most hotels dont offer. The breakfast provides alot more than continental. We had ready made cheese omelettes and sausage with nice pastries, etc. The coffee was even excellent and I have pretty high standards on that. We visit Temecula 4-5 times a year to see a friend and visit our favorite winery, Wilson Creek. I will definitely stay here again!

We were displaced by a recent forest fire near Temecula, so this was a last minute / urgent booking for us. The staff was kind, helpful, and encouraged us to take part in the social activities on offer to raise our spirits. The happy hour was a fantastic surprise, with tasty food, and connected us with other guests, some of whom were also displaced by the fire, as well as a couple groups of rotating firefighters called to town for the event. My kids loved the pool/hot tub. And we all enjoyed the outdoor firepit... another perk was that this location is close to many of the shops, restaurants, breweries we typically frequent, as well as old town, so there was plenty to keep us busy and close to the places that feel 'normal' to us during this disruption.

Although tidy and clearly serviced, I felt the bathroom could use a deep clean.

Very well designed suite for our 5 night stay. Comfortable bed and couch for sitting. Convenient small kitchen with ice maker in refrigerator. Excellent lighting --- both natural light and ability to control it and lamps and overhead lighting. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Bathroom layout convenient for 2.

We no longer have pets and understand that more and more people do. We wish that hotels that are pet friendly would designate a certain floor or a certain wing for folks with pets and maybe even encourage use of stairs rather than elevator. We were unhappy to be met at elevator by 10-12 year old kid with 60 pound dog. I'd also appreciate the addition of a magnifying mirror and a nightlight in the bathroom.

Really loved the convenience and location of the property, the staff was delightful specially Denise was just so caring and helpful, she truly went beyond our expectations also Jazmine at check out was very helpful trying to acomódate us as I had a migraine, she was very sweet and let me recover in our room even though it was check out time, can’t wait to stay here again ,
