The room was very comfortable and very spacious. Beautiful view and friendly front desk staff.

Hard to book activities. The QR code was for everyone, so it didn't seem to differentiate who was actually a guest. The signage was lacking, so even with the map, it was hard to find some amenities.

Sleeping in the most comfortable bed! Private, very relaxing in pools in shade and in a cabana with amazing breezes with bar service. Quiet in pools on hill. Tyler very nice at checkin & upgraded to hillside villas. I will be back. Burgers & Alexander Valley Chardonnay really nice at bar as well as Kombucha & drinks at pool. AC works great but too hot in June to enjoy chairs & hammocks outside unit. Gym amount of equipment, substantial variety & size impressive & no one using.

The Mahi mahi tacos were tasty but dining in resort during day limited. Linen quality, lack of mirrors & room service. Lots of day users who were usually quiet & polite but saved all reclining chairs with towels & no staff were monitoring so many empty chairs. Safe wouldn’t open & staff slow to answer phone but quick to respond.

The staff is warm, welcoming and very professional. Love the separated toilet from shower bathrooms.The hot tubs and pools are very clean and inviting. Ginger at the mud bath was fantastic orienting us and introducing us to Clyde the swan. So much fun. Appreciated the help to try to find my smartphone. Turned out I had lost it at an off site restaurant. Enjoyed Jahda leading us through a gratitude ceremony...so sweet. Everything is so beautiful and well kept. WONDERFUL!!!

Nothing I didn't like. Just a couple of requests. Would love to have a land acknowledgement with a little history of the Luceno Indigenous people. Having a dresser in hotel room to organize my clothing better would be great. Would be great to have lights on the nightstands with goosenecks so they can be used to read books in bed. Thank you for creating my new happy place.

The hot springs are a dream. It was just what I needed, peace and quiet, relaxation and wellness. You can easily spent a day going from one pool to the other and participate in the included offerings like sound baths, restorative yoga, mud sessions etc.just wonderful. I LOVED it there and didn’t want to leave. The rooms are super comfy and large, and I loved the provided sleep tray.

For an upscale resort I was very surprised that there is no breakfast place on site. That was a big downer. I went into town one day and made due with what was available at the snack shop (what not a great breakfast selection at all and very sad). Also there was no decent wine available at the bar by the pools. Again, we’re at an upscale resort, super close to a ton of excellent vineyards and you get served a not great tasting blend in cans as the only option. It’s not really exceptable for a place like this.

It is clean, a lot of options for relaxation and friendly team.

The check in was confusing

For the most part everything went well and was satisfactory.

Only issue was the amount of ants in the actually room. Was having to swat at stray ants majority of the time inside our room. After our stay me and my girlfriend packed up our bags in the backseat of my car to leave. By time we got back to our house. My backseat was covered in ants. They were in all of our personal bags that was inside our hotel room. Had to get my car vacuumed to remove all the unwanted ants that were roaming in the backseat, and some that made it to the front dashboard of my car.

We had a good, relaxing time. There were many different pools to choose from, but we didn't take advantage of the restaurants. A nice guy named Saul Cancinos helped us out of a situation. He is a good worker, friendly, and very helpful.

The construction noise. There were hardly any signs, so we didn't know how to get to areas. The map was a little hard to understand.

Lots of different activities/pools

I didn't like sitting in the baths someone else was in with the water they had been chilling in. Also, booking.com charged me twice for the same room. I submitted the documents they asked for to receive a refund and got no follow up so far. They charged me 711 dollars that I would like back.

The beds and rooms were very nice. The guys at reception were friendly and helpful.

The signage was poorly done. It would help to have the building numbers signed more clearly. The restaurant Talia was out of a few entrees by Sunday evening.

I liked how the resort looks, variety of baths. I loved water yoga at 8AM.

Billing practices are ridiculous, still waiting for $300 returned. Hold was not mentioned anywhere, nor on booking nor on check in. Also spas were very crowded on the weekend.
