I enjoy the location and the places for food. The rooms are spacious & clean. Bathrooms are clean.... towels are provided. The beds are comfortable & cozy...pillows are a little soft..would prefer a firmer pillow

The hand soap dispenser should have been changed or refilled. It was hard to get hand soap to dispense. When I went to the Front Desk to ask if there were any combs. The combs given were not for my hair type. An assortment of combs should be available for all hair types. All guests do not have straight hair. Some of us have curly hair.lol

Breakfast was good; however, a little more variety is needed, i.e. hash browns..add strawberry jelly or preserves/ mixed fruit jelly..not a fan of grape jelly. For the fried potatoes, add a little sauteed onions to give them more flavor. Sausage w/gravy & biscuit is ok, but hot biscuits along scrambled eggs & bacon is a good choice.

Cheese omelets were presented too many times....twice is enough. Why not, a regular omelet w/o cheese or a bacon omelet. Scrambled eggs are good for 3 times/week. For the winter, grits could be added for filling the stomach. Visitors might enjoy the change in the food palate.

Breakfast was good and varied. It would be nice to have hash browned potatoes or some type of potatoes for breakfast.

Inform Kitchen Staff that it is okay to give a tray to a guest & have them return it. One has to ask for a tray to take the meal to the room.. I asked for one and was told "No". The other female gave me a tray w/o hesitation.I told her I would return it & did. A different female didn't want to give me a tray. Reluctantly It was given to me. When I returned the tray, I said "thank you," Next day, it was easier. I returned that tray.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices. I expected a continental breakfast. But I was very happy to see hot scrambled eggs, bacon, hot oatmeal with all the fixings to add, cold cereals, pancakes, toast, bagles, pastries, juices, and hot coffee, tea & hot chocolate. The dining area was clean & accommodated seating for the guests.

The room had a hair dryer that didn't work, of the three bulb light fixtures, only one light bulb worked, so the bathroom wasn't bright. The window sheers had no curtain to block our the sunlight.

The room was very spacious a comfortable with two large king size beds, the staff was nice although not so much knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast included was simple yet good and all you can eat.

The interiors of the facility are a bit outdated, for instance the room lightining switches and the air conditioning. The facility is a bit far from Temecula city center, and you need a cab/uber to reach it. I wish the hotel staff was knowledgeable about the services available in Temecula, for instance bike rentals and/or public transport means to reach the wineries district.

I like the breakfast,staff very nice the only thing that i was uncomfortable is the cleaning in the bathroom,i found a hair and the tub its wasn't very clean and i want it to use the washer and they went out of detergent and i has to wash my Son soccer uniform i came for a soccer ⚽ tournament just a little details that you need to improve

The breakfast menu had more options than before. I appreciate the changes. I had suggested more meat options for other palates. The staff was welcoming..those that recognized me said "Welcome back". I appreciated that response. They are paying attention to guests who frequent the hotel

The rooms are not soundproofed. The mini fridge needed to be defrosted. The fridge was not level. The door dragged on the carpet when opened.

Breakfast was very good. There could have had more variety in the menu. The choices were: cheese omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, pork sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, toast, cinnamon rolls with coffee, tea, decaf coffee, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, water. Another choice could have been home fried potatoes or hash brown potatoes. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I was impressed to see Sylvester handle incoming guests with finesse , empathy , a smile and kindness when the rooms were not ready for occupancy. He did not get frustrated or angry. He was very cool under a possible stressful time. The guests left with a smile. Keep him around. Sylvester is good for Holiday Inn Express, Temecula. I observed this while I was in the lobby waiting for my Uber Ride. He was not aware that he was being observed. I am discreet..one would not know what I was doing. Thanks, Sylvester for your pleasant attitude and smile which reminded me of my brother.

Wasn't sure if breakfast was available for both guests. If you have a guest(s), free breakfast should be available for all guests.

the room was clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but definitely decent. Plenty of room to hang your clothes and put things away, and a nice desk. The breakfast was fresh, with hot items too, and was always restocked. Definitely filling and satisfying.

My only complaint was the traffic noise. It's next to a freeway, and the nonstop car sounds, and especially motorcycles, made it hard to sleep. I know it can't be helped that it's next to a freeway but it really was a bummer. And I'm hard of hearing and still hard trouble staying asleep.

The location the rooms are clean and I like the breakfast and I definitely like the price but I go through booking cause I can’t use my IHG I put the room up an additional $60 per night

The elevator it’s always messed up. You always feel like you’re gonna fall. It sounds like it’s never working right it’s very scary to ride inside of it
