I liked that the location was conveniently located; there were department and grocery stores, Old Town Temecula was about a 5-minute drive away, and near a great brunch spot called "Broken Yolk Cafe". I also liked that the staff was friendly, handled our accommodations, and helped us check in early quickly! The parking lot was accessible and easy to navigate. I enjoyed that I could control the fan on the A/C so it could keep us comfortable and cool. There was a halo light in the restroom which was another favorite of mine because it helped me while applying my make-up.

Everything in the room was functional and clean, but if you're looking to update your facilities and have the room reflect the hotel's character there are some areas to consider focusing on: the kitchen area, the restroom, the carpet, updating the paint color on the room walls, and adding a luggage rack. I would also like to recommend a bigger and taller trash can for the kitchen facilities. The windows in the room might also need some repairs because they kept getting stuck and were difficult to open and close.

It was close to places to eat and easily located to the freeway

When we went to shower, there was no attachment for the showerhead to go on and so we had to hold the showerhead to shower and there was no soap holder for the soap. That was very disappointing. It was also very noisy because it was surrounded by freeways and off ramps from freeways. We were also very disappointed and they grab and go breakfast.

The host that evening was an elderly woman. She was very patient, kind and professional. She met all my requests with what the hotel had to offer. I liked the cleanliness of the room. It smelled clean. Non smoking is the best! The area around the facility is clean, quiet and peaceful.

The tenant on the upper floor was stomping around a bit and luckily ended around 10:30 pm. It was Saturday night, so I allowed it. Great expectations of the advertised free breakfast ended in disappointment. It was corrected upon check in as a grab and run breakfast.

Clean with basic. No frills

One electrical outlet in kitchen did not work at all. TV remote did not work well. Had to pick up dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, even toaster and coffee maker and carry to our room. Even shampoo and bathroom soap. Kitchen drying rack and dish soap. Breakfast offerings were muffins small bars, packets of oatmeal, coffee and hot water. Area not maintained and was dirty

Definitely the beds were super comfortable, and the staff really nice

First they didn’t had enough pillows and the faucet in the bathroom was liking and got touch up but still was leaking g water a little bit. Some noise out of the hall way people screaming and making noise and the parking too allot of people don’t know how to park at front some of the guess we’re rude.

Everyone was really nice and the room was a nice size too

The room was okay but there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom and a big one was my bf found a little baggie that looks like something was in it in the bathroom too. Also we thought there would be more items with the breakfast not just coffee and snacks.

Facility building and the rooms were new and clean

There was only one front desk staff checking in and out people when I checked in, bit caused delay in getting checked in. Otherwise the staff dis her best and as quickly as possible getting guests checked in and out.

The location was perfect it was near restaurants fast food anything that I needed for my trip is all close by

My room was a little Dusty and the sheets and towel seemed worn

There was a issue with the TV, but Staff was quick to respond. No one had to ask for a compliment. They offered to help correct the hospitality. Great!

The meal advertisement, there wasn't a meal available. Please notify in advertisement, "there are no continental or breakfast available." What is offered is breakfast snacks and hot cups of variety instant drinks. Plus hotel's near fast foods and Denny's...

The breakfast was enough to tide me over for a hefty lunch at another location/restaurant.

Not in room towel service. We had to go to the front desk for towels.
