Asked to put card on file for incidentals but charged 75.00 for deposit. We were not told there would be a deposit. The front desk clerk just said on file. Not charge a deposit. That made us 75.00 short for our trip. Had we known the deposit would have planned accordingly. Just needs to be told to us on check in. The truth that it’s a deposit not that jat putting the card in file. Booking should in form us of deposit up on booking our hotel as well. JUST DISAPPOINTED!!.

Sleek, simple and reasonably priced place to stay overnight. There are large rooms, comfortable beds, modern walk-in showers, pleasant staff, great breakfasts, and ample parking with EV charging. Close by dining and fast-food restaurants.

Although there were small Keruig machines in each room, I like the option of the compact beverage bar that has the all-in-one large machine with self-grinding coffee/ hot water, hot chocolate and various various tea packets available in the lobby. They are reliable and low maintenance.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice. There were no towels available.

I called a few hours before our check in and asked if we could check in a bit earlier due to being close to the area early, the lady at front told us to come in at 1pm and she would have a room ready for us. When I got there at 1 with my family, the lady at front was extremely rude and said she didn’t have anything available so we had to just wait it out in the lobby. Also, there was a guy outside the property recording himself and the cars on property, it was a bit wierd.

Breakfast was very delicious. The employee was quick to get food out once the container were empty. Coffee was fresh and hot.

Overall a pleasant experience. I have stayed here a few times already and each time I have not had any issues. Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious, clean and nicely laid out. Cleaning service did a good job each day.

Perhaps a different egg dish (same choices every morning) and bacon as a side. Bagels/English muffins could be offered. Add music channels to the TV guide. Road noise level from the I15 is pretty loud but there isn't anything that can be done about that.

The room was amazing. Nice size and had everything needed to for night and day. Bed was soft and spacious and shower had plenty of room. Matter of fact this room was better then my room i had in Vegas the previous day.

The only thing I didnt like was when I try early check in, they had nothing available so I had to go to waste some time until one was available. That was the only negative on my stay.

I am not sure if the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Murrieta was new, but it appeared as it if was. Shampoo etc. was in refillable bottles; I appreciated not having it in single-use bottles and contributing more to plastic waste than necessary.

Having to pay without possibility of a refund a full week in advance.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My friend and I were comfortable checking in and out. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious. I had eggs and pastries with juice and coffee. The eating area was clean and comfortable. I love the location too. A lot of stores in the area and right off the freeway. My friend and I shall return.

window opened, which is important me me at night. It’s newly built and well thought out with fridge, microwave and night lights. Bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Nice sized Tv and hygiene care taken with plastic wrap around the remote. Breakfast was not bad, decent shampoo/ conditioner etc

our room was rather noisy - perhaps from the location of elevator & a/c constantly running even when I turned it off and the door was hard to open- stiff and very loud when closing so it seemed to slam and that might do some damage to a frail or very young person if their hand was caught. check in staff: one was busy and polite when she finally assisted me but the other did not attend to me even after I waited a while - customer always comes first…and when she eventually did bestow her assistance upon some guests, she was abrupt and unwelcoming; she needs a serious coaching moment. I did not see the value for a pretty basic room

I was greeted soon as I walked through the door. I love the fact that it has a microwave and a little mini fridge. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that it the room had lbody lotion, which I loved. It was very clean and quiet, surprisingly with all the number of cars that were in the parking lot.

I would of preferred harder pillows
