This one stuff breakfast was not very good. The waffle machine was broken. I told the staff I could fix it because I am a chef and I have worked in the kitchen with many welcome makers. They refused so therefore no one was able to eat waffle. We just stared at the waffle machine.

I didn’t like that the breakfast was ill prepared, and the rules were a lot more than I thought. I had a suite and it wasn’t very big at all. I probably won’t go back there or maybe try one of your other location. But only if it is a comped room.

Easy to get to as Frwy on/off ramp next to hotel. Although right next to frwy room was very quiet. Got in late so having a JacknBox right next door was nice. Old town was just 2 miles down the road. Breakfast was great except just one morning the egg chafing tray was empty. I was in a hurry and I didn’t want to bother the the guy in the kitchen as he was busy doing paperwork. Receptionist was nice and courteous and if you get back in the afternoon there’s even a cookie waiting for you.

It is a good location for our purpose of visiting family. Staff was warm and inviting.

I don’t know if it’s because we booked through Booking, but the room was very small. My husband & I both use CPAP machines and if I hadn’t brought an extension cord we would have stuck. Plugs were limited and no outlets for USB cords to plug in chargers. Nowadays most hotels lamps on the night stands have USB plugs. And this is a Fairfield ! Breakfast was just okay. Also a trash can outside a back exit hadn’t been emptied and trash had spilled over into the walkway into the entrance.

Everything was really nice, and clean. I was in a room right next to the elevator, and felt queasy, i was good until the last day, it came to me, I have peripheral neuropathy and equilibrium issues, so feeling that for 2.5 days, it initially felt like getting on an escalator, so it probably wouldn't be on a survey as a question, but I wonder if they could have a question for people booking if they have that kind of issue but it probably wouldn't be efficient for you guys.

Came down to end ehunt in that city. I've never been there before. The staff was excellent. My room was unbelievably comfortable. Great view, even being close to the freeway. You couldn't hear the traffic. I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had was not enough plugs for phones

The breakfast was good and the staff was very supportive.

The location was not the easiest to get to and from but with the growth of the area that was understandable.

The Fairfield Inn in Temecula had a very convenient location with easy access to the freeway. The room was very neat and clean to our liking. We would stay there again.

The only issue we had was the rooms mini refrigerator was extremely loud. It being late when we checked in and we were tired, I just unplugged it. We reported it to the front desk when checking out, so they could fix it.

The staff was friendly, the lobby was clean, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was also clean and had a nice pool view.

The bathroom had a slight humid smell, the pool needed some cleaning, and the price felt a bit high for a one-night stay.

Although other quest were giving her a hard time, she remained professional and went above and beyond to ensure all guest were happy and got everything situated with a smile. The staff are friendly and make the stay very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here.

The facility and the staff were great!

The outlets were inconveniently placed, and the TV didn't work. The person in the room next to us was doing karaoke in her room until after 3 a.m. which has nothing to do with the hotel except for the fact that the walls were thin and we had adjoining doors.
