great options for all dietary needs. Plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt for the more healthy versions and waffle maker was very busy for those who wanted fresh waffles. Coffee machine had many options as well and there was soy milk for non dairy if you needed it. Also hard boiled eggs and hot eggs/sausage very nice additions. Paper bowls and coffee cups were nice as they are healthier for the environment

Lots of waste with plastic. Could use perhaps a pitcher to pour the waffle batter instead of each person filling then throwing away plastic cups.

The hotel is in a good location, just a block or two to Old Town which has some good restaurants and shops. The hotel is a little old school but somewhat modernized in the room. The negative was that the fold-out sofa bed had some trash in it which was a little disheartening. The computer for the guests wasn't ready for printing of a boarding pass - I wasn't able to use it. The 1st night the desk rep was excellent, the 2nd day the desk rep wasn't quite so professional but still okay. The breakfast was okay but packed into a small space, not what I expected based on reviews but fine really. Overall the stay was very good but not what I would call excellent. Good to have the hot waffles . Proteins sausage on but scrambled eggs are bad, too salty and not fresh/not real fresh eggs maybe fake from powder? Don’t know but TOO SALTY wasn’t able to eat at all. All others good, and with variety, fruits. Nonetheless, good overall.

Our room was cozy and small, really nice. Clean and with the usual amenities of any hotel. Reception people are nice and welcoming. The bathroom is clean and good. We didn't have a chance to get into the pool, we just noticed it was inside and not in an open space, I think it's ok for the area. Breakfast was fantastic! Just perfect and delicious! Well organized, and the area is clean. I have orange juice, a combination of two coffees, scrambled eggs with veggies, small square potatoes, bacon (the bacon tastes really good), and a really delicious small waffle. I didn't see fruit. But all was so good that I wish I could have more now. They let me keep our suitcase after our check out in the front office, like in any hotel, and some chopping bags that I got from the old town, and they take care of them until I return. Everything was in a safe room, and nothing got lost, so I appreciate it that they didn't break our trust. We had a great experience, there were tiny things that maybe we didn't like, but nothing cannot get fixed or that it wasn't on their hands.

The location is close walking distance to Old Town. But that's it, to go to the mall, or other places you need to drive. I saw homeless people, but just one day early in the morning which I understand is normal at that time of the morning. The surroundings are not that nice but all this is just an inconvenience, and not something they can change. Anything you can just ignore. We didn't have hand soap or body wash but we brought our own. But also you have just to let the front desk and they will be fixed. Again something can have a solution. I choose to not spend time telling them, as we had our own stuff with us. But of course it will be nice not to have the need to spend time calling, and asking for something that should be there in case you don't bring your own stuff.

Check in was quick and easy, and my room was clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom had a lot of counter space, and there was a pleasant view of the surrounding foothills from my room's window. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. The hotel is a short walk from "Old Town" Temecula, which has a wide variety of restaurants and shops. This was a great choice and I'd stay there again.

The gym was very small and felt a bit cramped, and the included breakfast was the bare minimum - scrambled eggs, dry cereal, waffle machine (I think - I didn't use it), and some fruit. That said, there's a cafe in the same parking lot that looked nice. If I stay here again I'd likely go there for breakfast.

I like the walk-in shower most of all. The room was clean. I liked the cabinet to hang the clothes and the amenities stored there. It was a nice change from a closet.

I was awakened at about 5 a.m., and seemingly someone was trying to get in my room. The dead bolt was inoperable. I always carry my security bar, so that saved me. Also, I'm quite sure my room number was stated out to me. That is a safety hazard, itself. I did report the door issue.

Very accessible hotel from the freeway. We stayed in the suite, which was wonderfully spacious and clean. Classical american decor I would say. Bathroom was large and modern. Breakfast was very american as well - eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles and so on. The breakfast changed everyday which was great!

Slight noise from the road and not placed very charming, but it was in walkimg distance from the old town of Temecula, which was cool. Not much to dislike!

Location and breakfast were great, the room was clean on arrival. We were a little bit disappointed with the lack of information when checking in. We were given a key wallet with a Wi-Fi code on the back but it didn’t work to start with as the code was in upper case and we weren’t told you actually had to use lower case letters.

Check in was fast and friendly. Great parking. Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast options!

The gal at the front desk was wonderful. I feel like there should be another person with her at night. There was (what seemed to be) an annoying guest that hung around the front desk bothering her. I hated that she was alone having to deal with him.

No jacuzzi I was really looking g forward to that. For the price I paid would ve thought a jacuzzi would've been there. I stay at Best western all the time first time without a jacuzzi. Also cleaness of the room wasn't to great. Glitter on the floor and my husband waking up with Glitter on his stomach. Meaning sheets weren't changed unless he rolled on floor in the middle of the I wasn't aware of. Also shower drian cover wasn't screw in foot fill in drain.
