The staff is always awesome. I love the location. The breakfast is so delicious, I always wish I could eat more (just to be clear, they don't limit what you eat. I just meant I'd almost stuff myself to eat more) . The facility as a whole is clean. I love everything about the place which is another reason I love the area.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative. If I want to get nit-picky just to have something to say.... Even though the bathrooms have 2 toilet paper rolls, having a third, wrapped one on standby, would be that little extra. We were able to get another asap but again, just to write something down.

The cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

Was very disappointed with the condition of the swimming pool. The deck was dirty with stuff falling off the tree and landing in the pool. The hot tub was green. The outside trash cans all full and attacked bees. The pool pump never went on. The water was clouded. I canceled a reservation at another Hotel and to reserve at Best Western. We were very disappointed. Because I paid double for this room compare to the room I canceled.

Great location, near freeway, places to eat and shop. Nice view partial overlooking the lake. Maintenance staff was REAL FAST on fixing a room window issue. Hotel was very good at making up for Booking.com fault in messing up my original reservation (at another hotel) and making a very nice room for me on just 3 hrs notice in the middle of the night.

Getting good parking spot if you don’t arrive early.

Easy access to fwy. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, if you can get there before it closes. I enjoyed my visit.

I was given a queen size bed when I requested, and I think, paid for a king-size and was not told of the change at check-in. I noticed the size bed after I unpacked for a 5 day stay . Breakfast is closed too early (9:30am) if you are traveling with children or disabled this could be a difficult time to make.

I like the properly was clean and nice every thing looks super nice

First of all room G 005 was not great meaning being below the dining area love my sleep but I could hear everything chairs being drag and tables being move early thru out the time to check out. That’s the only bad part regarding G 005 room. I was not happy with that.

The accommodations were great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which is included was good with a good many options.

The pool wasn’t working and neither was the hot tub. The television is nice but the cable is not user friendly at all.

Easy access off the freeway, a great location for an overnight stay. The hot tub and pool were clean and great for relaxation after a long car ride. The staff were wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - this started with the front desk and went all the way down to the staff for breakfast and housecleaning. It was a team event, and the staff made my job much easier.

The main bathrooms were out of order at times, but it was fixed.

Conveniently located near our family in Menifee, restaurants and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Staff are very friendly and profession.

I don’t like the rooms facing the parking lot as the outside lights are very bright. Good for security but bad for sleeping!

The location was perfect for my visit to Lake Elsinore. Super close to the Lake Elsinore Diamond, to watch Storm baseball. Hotel employees were courteous and helpful.

Room advertised as City View, I had a view of the strip mall across the street. The other side of the hotel had a slight view of the lake and a nice view of the mountains, which would have been nicer.
