The guy at the front desk named V was very polite as was all the others at the desk .the room service people all did a great job .our room was very clean as was the building .we all know about homeless people but I must say I saw none on their property and it was as very secure .lots of restaurants near by

I do miss the jacuzzi they had outside before but it was still a great stay

Very clean it was absolutely the best studio 6 suites I’ve ever been to staff is super friendly and helpful room was nice smelled good and very clean I didn’t have to call for towels they came by to offer no bums crackheads weirdos or anything WiFi was ok a bit slow at times but overall it’s the best and I’ve been to alit all over in many cities #1 on my list will definitely go again

Service at check in was excellent. She was so kind and very helpful. She had no problem adding my husband to the room with his id and credit card. It was very clean, rooms were well kept

I had the room key with me and the initial reservation was in my name but we paid with my husband’s card and gave them his id and he was added when we checked in but when he went back to the room Saturday afternoon to get changed for a wedding we attended the person at the front desk was giving him a hard time to get an extra key to our room, which made him late to the wedding and he missed the ceremony of two of our closest friends.

The staff are extremely friendly. This property was pet friendly, with no issues. Good size refrigerator, with freezer in rooms.

Jacuzzi wasn't working. But other then that, everything was great.

Welcoming people, renewed place, clean room and a comfy bed, being 3rd floor

Roadside room, and a bit noisy because of work in progress in a room close to mine. But that is a temporary point.

We had 2 bullmastiffs with us and the room had plenty of room for us and the dogs. I laid out their whelping pad on the floor where they slept. The bed was very comfortable.

The door was hard for me to open to the room.

I love how the room with plenty storages, beauitful design and it made me feel as warm home. It really nice that have refrigerator with freezer and microwave and coffee maker.

Saturday night staff did great! I loved how welcoming our stay was from the moment we walked in. Very kind she was, & informative.

Vending machine only had peanut M&Ms, no regular ones, or Reeses
