The room was great. And i just wanted to apologize to the hosts for oversleeping! I wasn't able to get much sleep the night before so i was extremely exhausted by the next morning... So, i booked the room for a second night and was going to go downstairs to the lobby and check in. Well, i started watching something in television and passed out completely. I was awakened (not to mention, embarrassed) by emergency services, because they thought i might not have answered the door because of a medical issue, etc... Well the nice lady in the lobby told me they would prefer I not stay another night. So i booked another room down the street. Just to make certain, and not be misunderstood, my apologies to the hosts! I hope i didn't scare them! You can be sure it'll take proactive measures so this will not happen a second time! I have enjoyed the times I've stayed with motel 6 and I'm really hoping they did not ban me from being their guest in the future!

Earlier check in times would really be helpful! Also think about this... You're traveling in a longer trip with your family and due to unforseen circumstances find yourself on the road at 7am, exhausted and unable to continue without getting some rest. You see a sign on the highway for Model 6! You think, 'Yes! I'm good! Just a little stop-over, and everything is gonna be just fine!'. You approach the front desk with a sigh, "Good morning! I'd like to get a room please." The desk person looks up at you from their papers, "I'm sorry, you can't check in until..." Why can't the guest decide when the needs the room and when the needs it? Is this idea really that strange?

Clean room and friendly counter lady. I was able to enter the room thanks to the lady's consideration. Customers are required to deposit $40 in cash before entering the room. Be sure to bring cash.

The washing machine here only accepted 25 cent coins. I didn't have any cash, so I walked to the convenience store across the street, paid the $3.25 ATM fee, and got some cash. but. On the first day, I was able to exchange 10 dollars for 25 cent coins at the convenience store. I was able to do laundry that day. The next day, I needed extra laundry, so when I told the counter I could exchange the $2 for a 25 cent coin, the man at the counter said he didn't have any 25 cent coins and I couldn't change it. I couldn't change the nearby hamburger restaurant or convenience store. I washed it, but couldn't dry it. The counter must have plenty of 25-cent coins because other customers also exchange 25-cent coins to do their laundry.

Room was spotless and bed and sheets clean and comfortable. One of the best M6's I've stayed at and very nice staff. All appliances, TV, and HVAC worked great and I like the convenience of walking to a Wendy's or a short drive over the highway to the library and supermarket. Quick access to I-215 and 5min to Newport Ave. and even more shopping and another library.

My family and I have used this motel several times. It's the first one we search for when we go visit family in Menifee. For us the location is good, the room is clean, easy check-in, good value for the money. We will continue to stay here when it is available.

No complaints at all. For a Motel 6, it is one of the better ones. We normally stay only one night, I'm sure if needed we would stay extra, no problem.

The room was very clean and it was supposed to be a queen bed but ended up being a king bed, no worries there ! I enjoyed the lady at the front desk, she waved the $40 deposit for me, I didn't have a problem paying at all but she felt my energy and gave me back the $40. Overall, this was my first stay and this is honestly the only Motel 6 that I have stayed in that is clean on the inside and out. No problems with any of the amenities.

Loved everything

Overall cleanness with absolutely a five star stay for being Motel 6. This is one of the best ones I have been at so far definitely staying here on my next visit.

In the photos, it showed the pool being standard size, but once you see it, it’s very small size.

Staff was polite and helpful. Parking well lit and rooms were like new and spotless. Bed and pillows comfortable and tv and hvac in proper working order. Location was within short walking distance of a Wendy's and two gas stations with convenience stores.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Heidi , she was able to answer all my questions and was very accommodating, she made my stay alot easier and pleasurable, she is the reason I chose this hotel over any others, she deserves to be appreciated alot more

The lady Maria was not as welcoming to answer my questions but was still able to assist me with my needs

I didn't know there were any breakfast I thought it was only Coffee and Tea I like that they let me check in a little earlier I like that they had a iron for me and that they were nice

The room could have been cleaned a little more there was hair on the nightstands well I'm glad I bought my disinfectant wipes to wipe the place down

The room was very clean, and the location was perfect for our stay.

After a small mix-up about which room I booked, we were given a room with a non working TV. The clerk was very nice, gave us another room. Be advised that this is a no frills motel. No in room coffee, no toiletries except soap, and the lobby coffee maker was broken
