I liked the courteous and friendly attitude of the woman at the front desk when I checked in on Thursday after 6PM. I liked the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, bed, sheets and bath towels. I liked the fact that the hotel was relatively quiet and peaceful. I liked the fact that there was parking and no problems during my stay. I liked the breakfast and the courteous and friendly attitude of the woman who was servicing the room.

The hotel itself was kind of old and wear was noticeable but it wasn't terrible. The price of the rooms wasn't bad but it can't be low enough for me. I've seen worse though.

The staff is very friendly and whenever I ask for something they always take care of it.

I always go on Tuesday which means breakfast for me is always on Wednesday. Breakfast really needs to be changed reg bacon instead of turkey sausages would be great also get rid of the cubed potatoes always hard to eat and at times can be cold and frozen. Hash browns would be better. And we need fresh fruit cantaloupe, honey dew, strawberries, etc. And fresh bananas not old ones. Other than this I love to stay here.

Very nice hotel the pool area was so clean. The water was so sparkling had not one thing in it and the whole hotel is very clean and breakfast was great. Alexander was very accommodating when we first got a. he was very pleasant all the time. The room was also very clean I didn't see anything that was out of place I could live there LOL couldn't afford that but I could live there thank you Holiday Inn.

Exception was the bathroom for the handicap room they make it easier so you can get in and out without hurting yourself but the water gets everywhere I didn't like that.

Location was great, close to coffee, food, gas, etc. And it is right off the highway. The hotel is quiet and easy to rest. The breakfast was good and easy to grab and go as well.

Cleanliness. For the most part it was fine. But the showerhead in our room was pretty calcified which with health concerns we have to watch out for.

Breakfast was good. The location was just perfect from the Polar Express experience. Lots of food options and stores.

The pool was advertised as heated and the minute we jumped in it was cold. It could have been the heater wasn’t working or it’s not set warm enough in the water. Other than that everything else is good.

It was close to the freeway, stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was really good. Our check in was smooth and our room was ready and clean , I appreciate all the staffs even the cleaning people were friendly.

Unfortunately the indoor pool was not heated and there wasn’t a jacuzzi 😩. There was a night clerk Caucasian staff named David who was very RUDE to my little sister when she was checking in when it was his mistake for double charging her for a room then said it was her fault. All he had to do was apologize for his mistake and say he’ll refund her but NO he wanted to have an attitude and be loud and roll his eyes and blame my sister for his mistake like a Karen as they call it these days . I’m glad that in the morning the front clerk was able to refund her and apologize on his behalf. Thank you 🙏

Bed was hard but value for kitchen, etc was good. Staff was friendly and helpful and even helped out with batteries for my granddaughters new toy! The breakfast was ok. Powdered eggs, waffle maker and bagels, etc. I would stay again.

Conveniently located, lots of shopping and food very close by. Front desk staff was awesome.

Pool area was very grungy. The seat cushions had mold. The chlorine was over the top, to the point where I was just watching my kids and my eyes were burning. The breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs in the trays were all dried out around the edges and the omelets were soaked in water.

We loved that it was close to the freeway, lots of dinning options nearby.

Our room had no hair dryer, there were no linens/blankets fot pull out couch and not enough towels for our family of 6. Breakfast was ok. They items that had to be made by staff were always empty.

Stayed here multiple times. Always try this one first and hopefully if not sold out I'll get a room here. Very clean. The only issue was the water pressure at the sink. Just a fast dribble. The shower a little better but nothing to write home about. Other than that, I will always choose this hotel first out of all the ones locally.
