Love the convenience of the property and everything around there… Front staff, especially the gentlemen, when we arrived was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room furniture could use an update… Beds were comfy. Staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was very good and manage very well. Everything was always fully stocked and sanitize. Kudos to the team! We will be back!

I loved Carmen, the front desk receptionist, as soon as I saw her. Her smile and positive energy were radiant. And my intuition was right. She was hands-on, trying to rectify a few concerns I had. She is managerial material for sure. Give her a big raise. I loved the quietness, the price, and the shower jets that hit my mid and upper back perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the room impeccable. It was located close to the freeway and Old Town Temecula. Thank God for the housekeeper that found my sweater I had left behind. I was still at the front desk. He brought it down to me. Overall, 5 stars for a low price fit for a queen.

Can't think of anything. That's a good sign. I guess the only wish I had was that they had bath plugs. I love a hot bath at night.

Very helpful staff, ample free parking, lots near by. Pretty central and close to things to do. Very good price.

Not the cleanest, the shower was definitely not thoroughly cleaned - there was a a couple hairs in the tub and the tub itself had light grey markings. Some of the pillows weren’t that fluffy and misshapen. None of this hindered my one night stay, however.

The staff was very friendly when I came in super late price was amazing it's great being able to take my puppy dogs and the room had a refrigerator and a microwave which is great! And I love the fact that there were a lot of towels.

The floors were cleaned with something that was very overpowering smelling I almost couldn't stand the room this time last time I had to carpeted room and it was really really great the freezer part the slider door was not clean and there was something left in the toilet and sink so that's in it not super bad just not as clean as it should be I think. The dog run needs to stay clean there was something that look like a horse went to the bathroom out there and the bad owner did not pick up after him. Unfortunately one of the curtains was broken and hanging down it was in Room 101 and it was a blackout curtain on the right

Loved how big the room, bed was I and how comfy it was. Front desk clerk was not very friendly and didn't give out very much information about things or amenities. The whole building was very clean inside and out. Great breakfast spread.

Breakfast was ok, with waffle maker. Coffee anytime. Close proximity to Old Town, stores and many restaurants. Laundry room a bonus.

Bathroom floors not too clean, long black hairs still on floors. Closet floor looked like it was never cleaned.

I love all the amenities and the breakfast was great to not spend anymore money. Chris was very attentive and answered all our questions. The lady who is there for breakfast was also very attentive.

The only thing I would say would be the one waffle maker. We didn’t get to try because of the long line.

The bed was so comfortable. I slept very well. Also, the property was very quiet even though it's pet friendly.

I would have liked disposable plates for the continental breakfast so I could eat in the room. I don't really feel comfortable eating alone.

I wasn’t unhappy with any aspect of our stay . The “value” is rated Jess than excellent because it just seems ridiculous to pay that much per night . I would have said that about any of the other options I had to choose from as well.

The hotel and room were updated and clean. Although the hotel is located next to the highway my room was quiet and couldn’t hear any traffic. The bed was very comfortable and check-in was easy.

In room coffee was a little bland and parking was tight for a larger vehicle
