We stayed here over the 4th of July and had a perfect experience! From our third-floor room, we could clearly see the fireworks — it was such a special moment and a highlight of our trip. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My 5-year-old son absolutely loved the indoor pool — it was clean, safe, and a great way for him to burn off energy. Breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the area. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, staff were wonderful, two pools with one being indoor was perfect. The shower and water pressure were incredible.

The remote for the TV really barely worked. You had to stand directly in front of the TV to try and change the channel and sometimes that didn't even work. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable. My husband and I both would dip towards the middle and woke up with back pain.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was centrally located and there was plenty of parking spaces. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with separate toilet with sink! There were two pools, one inside and the other outside which we didn't use. There was also a gym. The best feature of this hotel was the breakfast. There were so many selections to choose from such as: waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and coffee/tea. The staff was very friendly.

The noise from the freeway. It got a little loud and I'm very sensitive to the noise which kept me awake. It got louder as the morning comes.

We arrived before standard check-in time and requested early check-in so that we could freshen up after many hours of travel. Front desk staff member (didn't see a name tag from my angle) was very pleasant and allowed us early entry to our room. We were on time for our family Christmas dinner thanks to this kind accommodation. Room was clean and spacious. One person was able to sleep undisturbed while the other sat on the sofa to read.

The soft lighting for the bathroom vanity mirror was not adequate for makeup application, so I used the mirror in the water closet instead. The overhead lighting was better, and I was able to get close enough to the mirror to see well enough.

Very comfortable room, especially the bed, spacious and clean. We loved the free coffee, breakfast in the morning with make your own waffle, and the indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel was located exactly 2 minute drive from downtown Temecula, where the action is.It felt very safe and welcoming to my little boy and I when we stay there.

Everything was perfect

Big, comfortable room. Swimming pool was a refreshing treat. 15 minute walk to the Old Town restaurants.

Breakfast orange juice and coffee were both a little weak. Had to ask to have more coffee and creamer for the room on the 2nd day, as the rooms are not serviced for short stays, but staff were very helpful.

The property was very clean with an ideal location. The room was really big and I loved that the shower and toilet were separate. The hotel staff were very friendly and informative. You need a key to enter the hotel after hours, which I really liked. That made me feel more secure.

Parking did get a little packed but luckily we were still able to find a spot along the hotel perimeter.

Breakfast excellent, room very clean nice and comfortable. Nice to have microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Separate toilet from other bathroom area very smart idea. Extra sofa and desk was perfect.

Close to freeway lot of noise from that. LOUD traffic,

breakfast nice, room clean, liked the option of an indoor pool.

opted for no housekeeping at check in, assumed that meant nobody would enter room so we left valuables out etc.. didn't realize someone would actually enter the room and stock towels/TP.

The front desk people were amazing upon check and check out. Very friendly and helpful. The lady setting up a sun breaking down the breakfast area was friendly and lovely. Great job hiring the right people! We had a clogged toilet and the maintenance man came promptly and cleared the pipe!
