Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and we didn’t try. Location gave easy access to the wine country Pool was very pleasant. Parking was safe and convenient. Maids all said good morning

My daughter had two consecutive two day reservations ( booking .com ). She called to cancel the second reservation, and the hotel cancelled the first instead. This led to MUCH aggraviation and NO ROOM on a May Saturday. We had to pay an exorbitant $300 at another hotel. Her name is Jade Margolis. 650-918-2799. I believe it was Crystal who made the error. UNACCEPTABLE!

The room was much larger than expected. Property photos are usually shot with wide-angle lenses, leading you to believe that the rooms are much larger than they are in real life, but this was not the case. Nice closet space, in-room refrigerator is a huge plus, and the best of all, the bathroom was so big I feel like you could sleep in it 😂

Our room was on the first floor, right next to the street. Even in the relatively quiet town of Temecula, a car drove by every 30 seconds after midnight, making it hard to fall asleep.

Beautiful property, clean comfortable rooms and every staff member I encountered was awesome. Especially the night guys at the front desk, very helpful and polite. Good breakfast options, and the bar was open late. Fires to sit by outside and unwind. Amazing shower, clean spacious bathrooms, comfortable pillows and beds, nice spacious rooms with a safe, fridge and a nice closet. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The underground parking was a little cramped, but the front desk comped any parking fees so that was nice and I didn’t worry about leaving my vehicle down there at all.

Breakfast was included in our stay. The first morning we were offered the buffet or order off the menu. We ordered off the menu and food was delivered hot and delicious. The second day the buffet was put out but no one to take an order. We decided to do the buffet but the eggs were cold and nothing had been refreshed. Coffee urns were empty. Clearly the kitchen crew was off their game. Hope this gets worked out. The property is beautiful.

All staff on hand were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Decor of hotel was pleasing to the eye and room size comfotable, closet accessibility was great, restroom sink, cupboards etc. were well designed.

Just a couple of issues in room. Seemed to either be an internet problem or connection but television was constantly cutting out interrupting our viewing so bad that we simply turned it off.

The location was great.

The beds and pillows were too soft. The windows on the third floor to our room were poorly washed, you could see big circles on them!! The hallway carpet to our room needed to be steamed cleaned to remove stains. The room itself was nice except for the beds. I didn’t get much sleep and counted the number of nights we have spent in hotel rooms in the last 4 months, 30 nights and this was the only bed I couldn’t sleep in.

Fantastic staff and clean. Love the bar. If I had not missed my flight I would have had a drink before turning in for the night.

1.) I did not have access to the free wifi. My computer accepted and connected to the free wifi but nothing came up on my system to ask me for room number and name to log in. Was a bit frustrating. Better instructions would have been great or a provided website address would have also helped. 2.) Breakfast at 6am is to late. Would be nice to have breakfast ready at 5:00am for those of us who have to be on project sites at 6:00am. Maybe a by request to have breakfast earlier would be nice. even if its just a grab bag.

I really liked that the hotel had a bar that served drinks from 3 to 5 and there was a bunch of lounging areas.

I didn't like that I booked a room with queen size bed supposedly but they were actually full size. The pool was not a heated pool. I also didn't like that the hotel charges 10 dollars per car per night and you're not even guaranteed a spot if you leave to the casino at night good luck trying to find a spot. I got lucky because I have a small car and I had to park in a spot that Im not even sure it was an actual spot

I didn’t have breakfast , just coffee and it was enjoyable to have a nice hot cup of coffee.

My stay was excellent , nice clean room and the entire staff /service was great ! I look forward to next stay ! Thank you all for your service !

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed the second we arrived. We will be back to Hilton hotels in the future.

The room we were in had some staining in the bed skirt and carpet. The blinds had some holes and a little janky for the Hilton.
