the location was right off the main highway which was convenient, and comfortable.

I had called down to the front desk to ask of they could bring up a few bottles of water, cause I was pregnant and feeling a bit sick. I was told that could not do that cause I had to come down and purchase the water myself. later on in the night I went down to finally purchase the water, I was asked by a employee, "shall I bill it to the room"? I said ooh I thought I had t come down and purchase the water in person.....which later find out to be not true

The hotel was clean and well maintained...your staff was friendly and efficient

We came back to our room at 9:00 pm to settle in and watch the last tow episodes of a show we have on Netflix! Your TV kept losing the sound after about ten minutes. We were very disappointed. We reported the issue the next morning so it could be repaired for the next guests. Your staff mentioned that they were going to see if they could get us some Hilton points for the inconvenience...that would be nice.....we were in room 207

Enjoyed breakfast; however, would have liked hash browns, turkey bacon, turkey links & sausage patties, cranberry juice cocktail, pineapple juice, scrambled eggs, fried eggs. The English muffins & miniature rolls get hard after being in warmer for over 5 mins.

There should be bath mats in the bathroom to keep floor from getting wet. Should be extra Kleenex in bathroom. You should have the dishwasher serviced every 6 to 8 months. The dishwasher door didn't stay closed. It would pop open and stop washing dishes. Door would have to be pushed closed to complete washing cycle.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. They offer complimentary coffee and breakfast. The location is right next to downtown Temecula which makes it very convenient.

Nothing that I can think of. The only mishap was that they overbooked, so my suite I originally reserved wasn't available, but they offered 2 rooms next to each other for me and my family at no additional charge. That was fine.

First person on front desk on Sunday 5/19 around noon was rude and not very helpful. I had called a few days before our visit to ask about an early check in. I was told to call the day of. I did and was told come by and we will see what we can do. I came by and the lady at the front was abrupt, rude and not helpful. We did get an early check up upon returning around 230 and that person was very nice and helpful.

I looked at hotels in the area and this hotel was not next to Interstate 15. It's definitely a quiet and safe location. All the employees we had interacted with during our stay were friendly and professional. There was 24 hour coffee & hot tea available. Our rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed for our needs. They have a heated(80°) saline pool that unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use. But, hotel guests were enjoying it. There is a gym on-site and washing machines/dryers. There is a small marketplace that sells non-perishable items, drinks, including wine, beer and hard seltzer, next to the front desk. Breakfast had hot and cold items. Check out was at 11a.m.. After asking the front desk, he let us hang out in their lobby for a bit due to checking into a resort hotel holding an event we were attending in the evening. When we were hanging out in the lobby, I had enjoyed their variety of music they played. My dad was happy that he could watch ESPN or a Sunday football game on the 2 flat-screen TVs. We would definitely stay here again when we are visiting Temecula.

Initially, it is a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area, but for safety and cleanliness it was worth it. You will not be able to get Hilton points for your stay if you don't book directly with Hilton. Upon check-in, we found out that a Mastercard linked to Booking.com was used to pay Hilton for our rooms via Booking.com, not the credit card we used when we paid for the rooms via Booking.com. I'll be booking directly with Hilton, if I choose to stay at their hotels.

I like that you have different rooms to choose from and that you have functional kitchens with a full size refrigerator. I really liked the coffee that you offer it is delicious.

I didn't like that I could hear the people above our room whenever they walked through their room. Also, the sheets and comforter that were on our king-sized bed were queen size, so that was a little uncomfortable.

It’s a perfect hotel of its type. It’s not somewhere you would go for a special occasion or a romantic weekend but if you need to stay somewhere nice and solid with good rooms and bathrooms and very nice staff, that is well located close to old town, but very convenient to the highway. I recommend. We came for a soccer tournament. Everybody was very happy.

I felt welcomed during my stay, the staff was very friendly and professional in appearance, neatly dressed and well groomed. The property was well maintained; landscaping, exterior of the hotel, etc so driving into the property gave me a good feeling. My wife and I only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer…we’ll do that the next time.

Even though we were able to see what time it was by looking at our phones, the hotel not having a clock radio in the room was a slight inconvenience. Another inconvenience was the shower head, it was located too high for me to adjust.

Breakfast was my least favorite aspect of my 7 day stay. Way too much pre packaged, processed food. I ate instant oatmeal and pb daily together w my own yogurt and nuts fruit etc. Poor choices

I did like the room, work out equipment and laundry. Sorry for the like/dislike mix up
