The property location was perfect. Right by the freeway. There were plenty of places to shop and eat. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Both queen beds in our room seemed to have a dip right in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We just kept rolling onto each other. There was construction going on. We can hear the hammering during the day, making it difficult to nap after a long day of travel. One of the 2 elevators were being refurbished but was functioning. There must’ve been a wedding or gathering the evening before our stay because the next day, the elevator being refurbished had flooring with cardboard on top. It smelled like throw up. For hygienic purposes, this should have been cleaned up a little better. At least change the cardboard, because the smell was putrid.

The breakfast at this property was amazing. I’ve never had a continental breakfast where they had someone actually cooking up made to order omelettes. They had a great wide range variety of foods, even for picky eaters such as my littles. The room was so big! Bigger than any room we’ve stayed at in the past. My kids really enjoyed it.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a smart TV to watch Netflix or stream anything. Also the WiFi connection was terrible. Our devices could not connect to it.

It's a modern facility with fairly large rooms and good accommodations if you have to work from your hotel room. The free wifi is adequate. The rooms have mini-refrigerators. Great to store beverages that you purchase off property.

The gym is small; not what I expected at place with the word "spa" in the name. Happy hour at the bar is too short for those that are working a full day.

Our family has traveled for years at this property and we have always had great experiences. Today I was a little behind with my baby girl and they gave me extra time to gather my belongings and my very fussy baby together. I was thankful for the pack and play they provided too. This made our stay very smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and you can’t beat the great breakfast selection.

Whilst this looks and feels like an old hotel (which it is), it has been exceptionally maintained! The room was SO spacious and was absolutely pristine! The king bed was super comfy as were the pillows. Our room had a large bathtub which was amazing. The place was quiet and comfortable and very well priced. Would absolutely recommend!

Breakfast starts and finishes 6-9am which is a little early, but we were told it was 7-10am and missed out on a proper breakfast.

From the ghet go, the location was perfect for us. And walking into our room, we noticed it was very spacious. The bathtub was big, and that was also a big plus for us. I don't like smart rooms in this place was awesome.

The staff running the continental breakfast didn't seem in the best mood.. I know It can get hectic but a smile would have been nice.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind (front desk and cleaning personnel). Facilities super clean. Loved the size of the room. Everything was neat and tidy.

-Mattresses could use a change, not firm anymore. But does not take away from sleep. -Plant milk options at breakfast would have been good, unless it was because I arrived late.

Place is clean and the rooms are up to date. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. You can walk to store neat or take a short drive.

We traveled with a youth baseball team and families and it was a perfect spot for us. Rooms and facilities were comfortable, breakfast was yummy, easy location for restaurants and shops. Staff was wonderful, especially Dina at the front desk.

Great breakfast and they will even make an omelet with what ever you want. Our room had maid service every day. Hotel location was close to everywhere we were going to.

Getting out of the parking lot you have to go up a ramp. It's hard to see the street traffic until you are at the very top. just the way it is be careful.
