No breakfast was offered--a major disappointment

Offer a continental breakfast or at least a decent cup of coffee. The room coffee was marginal at best. I was charged $6.95 for internet that I did not order. Either that or the sign in process was so devious that I inadvertently ordered the upgrade. You should make Internet free to all guests. This is a no brainer. All other major chains do not nickel and dime good customers like that. People like to be treated like adults, not gullible consumers. Your original founders knew that. I am 82 years old and have stayed at lots of nice places. Your facilities are outstanding. Some of your policies seem cheap to me.

Well-organized and perfect for remote work. The location is convenient for traveling to both San Diego and Los Angeles. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The carpet appeared dirty, and the rooms could benefit from better maintenance—for example, the wallpaper was peeling and in need of repair.

Staff was amazing, very helpful, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills! We stayed there for a week and everyone was so pleasant from houses keepers to front desk receptionists day and night however there was one front desk receptionist who checked us out on December 29 who was a hispanic looking employee and was unpleasant and does not have any customer service.

It was in perfect proximation of where we needed it to be at the right time. Stay was consistently friendly. Reuben was a peach on the phone and upon arrival.

The hotel looked new. It had a lot of areas to hang out in.

Some of the areas weren’t cleaned. Looked like men’s facial hair all over the inside wall of the sink. The floor by the window was grimy. We only had 1 towel set for four of us. There were no extra blankets or pillows. When we called for all of that it would be the front desk that brought it, so it would take forever. I would have felt better about the stay if I hadn’t seen all the beard hair in the sink. After a pandemic you want to feel like the place you’re staying at is clean. The outside trash cans weren’t emptied often. They didn’t have enough pool towels, I was given bath towels and the pool towels they did have were really small and thin.

Updated and very clean. I like that the room has flooring rather than carpet. Good lighting and temperature control in each room. Location is about 5 miles north of Temecula-wine tasting area. All hotels in the area are more expensive on the weekends, that is why I rated it not as high in value. If you are able to adjust your schedule, better to stay on a weekday when rates are less.

No coffee cups in room The lighting in the bathroom is insufficient. It is impossible to apply makeup.

The location and the staff were terrific. The facilities were outstanding. The room was clean and spacious.

The cost was outrageous. I spent $701 for two nights. Breakfast was not included which I find bizarre. While the property exceeds all other expectations, it seriously ranked on the value for money.

Very clean room and bathroom. It has plenty of towels and coffee. Microwave and fridge was great. We got the larger room which was nice.

House cleaning tried opening our door before check out. It broke our sleep.

The gym offered at the facility and the room was so gorgeous.

Only that checkout time says 12pm on the door and I got sick in the toilet, which I am so extremely sorry for, and there was no water to flush
