Wonderful resort! This place is beautiful and clean. There are swimming pool, garden, and small zoo. The service from the staff is impressive.
The location is quite far from the center, but that is not a problem if you are seeking a private rest.

Pretty accommodating staff to help us with complaint of super cold water on 1st night.
1. Cold water in December < 18 Dec.. room changed & later upgraded but water was still cool, not even warm.. it was difficult each time we showered 2. Location is very deep in, risky n dark to drive at least 15min of winding roads without light to get back to hotel. Out of 5 nights, we opted only 1 night out by accident. Rest of trip we chose to return early for safety reasons 3. Same breakfast spread every morning, except 1-2 main dishes change.. due to weather n open doors to the terrace, food were mainly cold. Eggs turned cold n rubbery

Staff service at breakfast. Missing my orders and I asked for my eggs ordered 3 times, then they served wrong order. Also would be better if you can improve the variety of breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was ok. Beds were a little hard. The pool is nice and the surrounding scenery is nice
The building is part of the Movenpick but located far from the actual main hotel, so buggy or car is needed. In generally it takes 1 hour car drive to reach the Khao Yai national park from here
