Staff was friendly. Especially the lady during the morning time at breakfast. Super sweet. She also helped me add my best Western loyalty number to my stay to add to my points.

The room smelled musky. Especially when the heat was running. It needs some updating. There wasn't hot water anytime we tried to shower. Only mild warm for a short time. Also, other tenants were wild and caring on during the night. Breakfast was ok. Need a few more options that other best westerns offer for breakfast. Like salsa, bacon, different bagels, donuts, etc. More drink options.

I love the fact that it’s always clean! This is my second time in a month staying at this hotel and the staff was always friendly especially this time! I had Farrah helping me get mine and my grandparents rooms situated and then was greeted by Tyrea when we got there and was even allowed to check in early being that we had a funeral to go to and they accommodated us greatly! We will definitely be staying again!

Front Desk staff was able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room. I really appreciated that. Beds were comfy, room was spacious. It was nice to have a couch to sit on. Liked that light switch at door operated more than 1 light.

Had to ask about eggs as they were out. Did not see any yogurt although it was listed on their board outside breakfast room.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now. It's a standard affair hotel: decently comfortable, clean, comes with a mini-fridge. The breakfast is also a standard highway hotel breakfast: a few hot items (eggs, sausage, potatoes) and some cold things like yogurt, cereal, etc. There's a waffle maker. There's a lot of food options along the road.

Some other guests were very loud at around 1 AM.

The pool was small but nice. Our room faced the pool which had its advantages and disadvantages. It was loud at times. The property was well maintained.

T V reception on certain stations not good, shower curtains need to be wider in order to keep bathroom floor dry and also the lighting not very bright.

The staff were welcoming & friendly. I enjoyed the jacuzzi, the beds were comfortable & the breakfast was good.

Large open parking area. Ability to park directly in front of our room. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

My wife and I found the bed to be too soft.
