This is a family run B and B and they are so warm and welcoming. We thought it would be noisy as it is located on a roundabout but our room was very quiet with a sunny balcony facing their beautiful courtyard. Breakfast had a variety of sweet options (although no savoury). Would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a great stay.

Our room was great, very large and bright with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. Our host was very friendly and provided a great breakfast and recommended lots of places for us to visit. I'd highly recommend staying at this place. It has convenient street parking and is in a location that is close to lots of main attractions.

The owner - Giusy - was so nice and kind. There are so many parking places on the steet around this B&B. Our room was rxtremely clean and it seemed freshly renovated. The location is convenient, in the middle of the way to the city center and the sea.

Modern, clean and well equipped room, great location with easy parking in front of the house. I appreciate breakfast which was served in the outdoor terrace/garden. We had a tidy room every day.

I would welcome better equipped shared kitchen. When something (cooking utensils) was missing you had to call the owner. Owner lives in the same building and she was too communicative for us. We prefer more privacy :-)

New and comfortable triple room, very good location to get to nearby attractions especially if you have a car, for example Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi and San Lorenzo and what is very important very friendly and helpful host! Marina de Avola was also a positive suprise. There was a very good osteria I Malavoglia recommended by the host.

It would be nice if there was something traditional homemade for breakfast.

Very clean, modern and nice accommodation. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, she really tries her best that everyone is satisfied to maximum. Parking is very easy in front of the house. Breakfasts served in the garden are great. Location of Avola is great for exploring the region - Siracuse, Noto, Ragusa Ibla, beaches, wines..... THANK YOU!

SUGGESTION: Breakfasts are in a "buffet" style - however only sweet stuff (traditional for Sicily) is served. I think many non-Italian guest would welcome some "savory" stuff as well, perhaps a slice of cheese or salami with a piece of bread :) This would make the breakfast 100% excellent.

Giusy made us feel very welcome, and we enjoyed spending our mornings chatting with her over coffee. We appreciated her flexibility when it came to our dog - she made our holiday very enjoyable.

My girlfriend and I chose this place to travel around the south east part of Sicily. The position is perfect and the place is very nice. The town itself offered relaxed evening walks with good food and wine. not to forget about the host who took care of us! :)

The family is really cute, which is running the place. The daughter speaks English and the father offered us a coffee. We broke the shower head but the mother reacted really nice (sorry again for that). The dog is also friendly :-) please don’t expect a huge breakfast, it’s a breakfast which is known for Italy: mainly coffee and some sweets. The place is made with so much love, we can absolutely recommend it, also with Baby.
