I had a fantastic stay there - superb service, great room, clean everywhere, freash drinkingwater every day in my room, beautiful pool and sundeck, fantastic food, and a very nice parking garage. So quiet and relaxing. And beautiful swallows flying over top of poolarea! (Just be aware when you walk in and out of parking-garage singledoor - 2 swallows have nests inside garage and they continously fly in and out of door, at face-hight, at increadible speeds! I had to do a boxingstyle headnod to avoid one that passed my forehead just an inch away!😅).

Room was very comfortable and the hotel had a lovely calm atmosphere. Chairs around the pool were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. It’s a great location if you have a car. You can explore south to the light house or north to the towns and beaches. Reception gave us a good map and explained what was interesting to visit.

Th staff on reception were very helpful. The rooms in the hotel are well laid out in the grounds. I had a single room which was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area just outside the village. There is a restaurant in the hotel so you don't have to go looking.

The furniture in the room was old fashioned. There is no separation between the bathroom and the sleeping area in my single room. The room decoration was dull.

Well located to walk around Rodalquilar gold mining area without driving. We stayed out of season during stormy weather, so cannot comment on leisure facilities. Room comfortable and half board was good value

Rooms are a little dark but no doubt designed to be cool in summer

Welcoming staff, funky architecture, good sized rooms. We arrived at lunchtime but there was nowhere to eat in the hotel. However, right next door was an incredible restaurant, Oro d’Luz. Food, atmosphere, staff were outstanding - well worth a visit.

Good welcome, pleasant room although architecture made it rather dark. Good pool (they couldn't help the weather not being so good). Friendly staff at good breakfast. [we ate next door at Ore y Luz, which was wonderful]

The weather!

We loved the quiet location. Somewhere where you could see the stars. It is only a short walk to Rodalquillar village. Nice bars, food shops, artwork and craft market. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast very good. We had dinner one night. The menu of the day has plenty of choice.Very pleasant and good value for money including the wine. Gluten free bread for one of our group. Pool area has beautiful views of the mountains.

Food, unfortunately let this hotel down. Frozen fish, luke warm soup, no potatoes Lemon cake was meringue pie that was still frozen

No tea and coffee We would have eaten the evening meal in the restaurant if it had been at an earlier time

felt spacious ,loved the water features and the over all design ,very good breakfast friendly staff good location for exploring the area pool area lovely At night the stars were clear

It was a spa hotel whose spa was fully booked ( bar an 8pm space) This was a shame. Sadly a toilet next to the pool was revolting- an accident apparently- and it had not been sealed off. it would probably be better if dogs were on leads on the site
