We liked everything about the hotel, especially the staff, Diego, Fatima and Gloria. Beautiful bright spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds, and great walk in shower. Lovely restaurant with delicious seafood. Excellent breakfast. Fresh orange juice and eggs however you like them. Great coffee from a real barrista coffee machine. There is not a lot around the hotel ie restaurants, bars shops etc as next yo the nature reserve but walking distance to the beach with beach bars. The town of San Jose is a short drive with plenty of cafes and shops.

Road a little noisy if windows open.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was light and airy, and very clean. The hotel had a quiet but friendly atmosphere. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. There is a popular, somewhat upscale, restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was well prepared and the service was very good. The breakfast, served in a different room, was also very good. The location feels out of the way, but I was there early in the season. I came to see flamingos, which were visible but distant. I enjoyed a swim at the nearby beach.

I think the location is a bit of surprise. It felt like an outpost, but in a very atmospheric way.

The location was ideal for exploring the national park. The staff were really friendly. The room, bathroom were clean, big and well furnished. Breakfast wasn't a big variety, but it was perfect for us each morning: bread, eggs, pastries, cheese, very good coffee and fresh orange juice. Nice hotel restaurant for evening. Very good value for money.

The hotel is in excellent condition. The staff all helpful and attentive. Good breakfasts, assisted by the lovely Fatima, and we ate in the restaurant on both evenings. Very good food and Diego is always there when needed. A well-run establishment!

Nothing to dislike

There was a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent

No quilt on the bed in April. So needed to use the blanket provided in the wardrobe

The staff was really friendly, the location was very good and the room was very clean.

The noise insulation wasn't ideal. The neighboring kids couldn't be overheard.

Great, clean, comfortable 2 star hotel. Fantastic Spanish style breakfast. Fresh OJ - good coffee, excellent hotel restaurant serving fresh fish, paella to pre order and good steaks. Highly recommended. Parking outside, walking distance to beach

Nothing not to like

The room, bathroom, and terrace were all big and well furnished. The location was ideal for exploring the national park. The staff were all really friendly. Breakfast wasn't a big variety, but it was perfect for us each morning: bread, eggs, pastries, cereal, fresh coffee and fruit.

The bed was too hard for our liking.

Great location, no problems with car parking around the hotel. The restaurant available at the property is good. The room was spacious, clean and air conditioned. The staff during breakfast and in the reception was nice and helpful.

Due to the wind the window/terrace door blinds were loud at times. The breakfast was good but there were no vegetables.

Good location, great breakfast, convenient restaurant within the building, great customer service, especially Diego at reception and lady at breakfast bar.

At times there a bad smell of sewage in the room, we think is was due to the AC been off as once we turned it on it disappeared.
