There was some kind of entertainment at night and when I complained for the level of noise (we had to wake early the following morning) the staff did everything possible to help us but also not to stop the entertainment, which was great.

We weren’t thrilled from the food. The dinner was like buffet while the breakfast didn’t have a great selection. Other than that the hotel was a great place to stay.

Great place to relax , 10mn from sea, and got a lot of small shop around. Peaceful place and a little bit distance from the airport and Almeria. Bus L 30 and L31 going to Almeria and L30 going to airport too . Swimming pool great with jacuzzi in middle, swimming pool for kids great

Room is good, clean, there is dryer for laundries in balcony. Outdoor swiming pool. Near the sea. You can park your car in the street near hotel for free or in the hotel parking for additional charge.

Variety of food is very poor, plates and glasses are not clean, not as 4* hotel. Wifi is very very poor.

We had a problem but the girl on reception was really helpful and friendly She sorted it and we were more than happy with the result.

The breakfast was superb c/w an omelete chef. The location is very good for a quiet holiday. For me personnaly the location was superb as it ws next door to the golf course.

All the evening entertainment was in Spanish.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plus we got upgraded to a suite. Buffet breakfast with loads of choice. Reception, catering and waiting staff were lovely and really made us feel at home. Entertainment was good too.

Would have be useful to have water dispensers in the common areas. We had booked dinner as well and was surprised we had to pay for the water (usually this is included with a meal). We were upgraded to a suite, but the jacuzzi was not working :(

Clean and comfortable hotel. The food and drinks at the snack bar were very good value, tasty and available all day. The room was very big and spacious and we had house keeping every day. The pool area had lots of sunbeds available. There is daily entertainment around the pool, which at first we found a bit loud, but after a few days found ourselves enjoying and participating in the bingo.

Unfortunately the ladies working at the pool side snack bar could be quite unfriendly and rude. Even though we speak basic Spanish, we struggled every day to order things we normally have no issue with. This didn't get any easier throughout the stay and we avoided using the bar. The spa is very tired and expensive for what it is. A lot of the facilities are not working or unavailable, so we only used the (unheated) pool, jacuzzi and sauna and paid €46 for two people for one hour, including €3 each for a swimming hat.

Recomendable 100% para familias, todo estupendo!.
