Breakfast great. Too many sweets. They were tempting. Thick hot and tasty chocolate. Many business people, but last day many women travelers. Loved Leila, who spoke many languages. I conversed with her in English, Spanish, Italian. Amazingly proficiently.

Loved it all. But Hotel staff did not know about Parco di Mussoi. I found it. Wonderful. Only 10 minute walk from Hotel.

Very good breakfast with plenty of options. Very central location with easy access to bus and train stations and to Piazza dei Martiri.

That it was so hot even if still end of May and beginning of June. Also that public buses do not work on Sundays and festive days - a real drawback.

Conveniently quite near the train station. It was easy enough to make a day trip to Erto and nearby mountains (Monte Borgà) with public transport even though it was off-season. Helpful staff.

My room had a rather short bed. Wasn't a problem for me since I'm 172 cm, but I guess someone over 185 cm would have probably felt differently.

It was great to book very last minute, me and my daughter got stranded at Belluno because we missed the last train back to the city where we were staying, the room was big, the person at reception was very nice and helpful, she brought us extra pillows, towels, and extra sheets. it was comfortable and great location, super close to the train station.

It's quite noisy, so hotel should work in isolation of the rooms. I could hear many of the neighbor rooms. The breakfast wasn't good, although the woman working at the kitchen was very kind and helpful, the food and choices were very poor.

Excellent breakfast with boiled eggs, ham, cheese, variuos breads, yogurt, fruit and juices, plus a selection of sweets and cereals. Helpful and friendly staff. Short walk from train station,

Breakfast and the nice recepcionist. They were helpful to me about booking for taxi, restaurant recommendations.

The safe vault is jit user friendly. But for it is tolerable.

Perfect location; crispy-clean, spacious rooms; good wifi, great breakfast! Overall great value for money! We love this traditional, family -friendly hotel!

Limited parking, BUT pro tip: the Caffi public parking structure is just around the corner and charges only EUR 15/day max (it's 3 EUR overnight plus 1.5 EUR/h capped at 15 EUR/day).

The receptionist, Matel and the kitchen side Danielle and Jullie they are amazing staff. They approach you in a politely way and entertain you well.

Breakfast could have been improved on. It was in quite a small room which got noisy when it was busy. Great coffee though!!

Very good breakfast and super friendly staff. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Same applied to the bathroom. Location is very central with only few minutes to walk to main train station, old town and many restaurants. Despite the central location it was very quiet.
