Big rooms, peaceful , relaxing and clean

To park in the underground carpark it's 9 euros a day, fortunately there is some space at the front of the hotel for free. Water at evening meal is charged, I think it should be included in the meal, also evening meal set menu is very nice if you like the limited set menu.

Very nice, clean and big rooms. Spa with many saunas and both indoor and outdoor pool. Possibility to drink mineral/thermal water. Food was very delicious and variety was great. Very nice hotel in middle of beautiful environment. Would visit again.

clean and comfy rooms the wellness area (sauna, etc) is very nice but unfortunately too small for the number of guests. steam room etc could not be used because it was always full (can only fit approx 6 people).. same applies to the other sauna facilities.

service at restaurant is friendly but slow. had to wait almost 45 minutes for the main course (set dinner). vegan option is limited.. it's not bad but there is plenty of room to improve.

We have rested in this hotel five times already. Every time, before leaving, we already want to come back again as soon as possible. We like everything - very friendly staff, the hotel itself, therms, delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere. Everything is at the highest level

the workers were so kind, and the food was amazing, the sauna is also so nice and relaxing .

to improve it would be good that the buffet is also in English, because I am not German speaker and was difficult for me to understand correctly. the sauna is so nice, but would be nice to can be all the day (check in earlier and check out later) to can enjoy it without rush.

We liked everything! Comfortable clean rooms, very friendly and courteous staff at the reception, in the restaurant and bar. The food is above all pohyal. Nice spa area and great thermal water. We will definitely come back

Nice relaxing atmosphere, no crowds. Good terme and saunas. Perfect food.

We couldn't find where to change towels in Termen part.
