Had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly cooperative and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. The management was excellent, and the entire place was impeccably clean and hygienic. Room service was prompt, and the team's communication was outstanding. The location was impressive, and everything was well-maintained. A special mention to Baburao and the entire staff for their exceptional service. Highly recommended! Great kitchen too. Tonmay at dinning was great too. Special thanks.

However, despite staying in a Suite room, the bathroom extractors were not working, which should be addressed. Additionally, I noticed that the chairs provided for the staff were not comfortable for sitting properly. I kindly request the management to consider improving these aspects to ensure comfort for both guests and staff.

The location of the property is good. I travelled with my family but also had work to do. So my family could visit some nearby spots and do some shopping while i could commute to office easily. There is a kids play area and swimming area where my kid enjoyed. The breakfast was good and so was the dinner. Although the buffet looked tempting, we opted for Alacarte and it was indeed very tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was also cooperative. Overall, a good place to stay while you are on work travel or personal travel.

The room service took some time. On the first day we asked for water bottles, despite calling the room service twice, they were not delivered. We got it only after room cleaning. The telephones in both the rooms were not working properly. The flush in the bathroom was not working properly because of which there was lot of water wastage everytime we used the flush. Because of all of these issues, I would say that the property did not match the value for money spent. The rooms were newly renovated i think thats why these issues came upfront. I am sure all of these issues will be sorted out.

The reception staff was not good… We wanted extension informed them they said within 15 min they will tell us on call but didn’t replied. After an hour we have asked again then they said will tell you in 30 mins. But when we were going out for lunch at that time i went myself again to tell them at that time they said same room is not available you have to take another which were much costlier than ours.

The space, the room, the ambience and the welcoming staff also the food Stay wise the experience was good everything in the room was Upto the mark, I booked this property also to see if I can arrange my staff meetings (outings) for a couple days (precisely for 5 days) for around 25 people.. I found it to be a decent choice

The alcoholic drinks (cocktails) I ordered for Black Russian & Churchill both tasted disaster to me .. could have been much better! The spontaneity of the staff in a few things which was already discussed with them so I am good .. Parking can be an issue I felt.. a car washer wasn’t present, was a problem for me! attention to details was missing..

Overall ambience. The room was good. Restaurant Aster was excellent. In general, the staff is polite and courteous. Amenities are decent - billiards and table tennis room along with a gym. Swimming pool is well maintained.

The bathroom cleanliness is an issue. Sink and bathroom toilets got clogged. Housekeeping services were below par and can be improved.

The staff at Express Inn Nashik are the most courteous ones. The rooms are good enough for the money spent. The breakfast buffet had pretty good spread. The Spa service was also excellent. Vivek did a great job with the Spa.

The washroom was very small in the room we stayed and the shower area did not have hand shower or a tap

Have been a regular visitor at Express Inn & everytime it doesn't stop to impress me. The best thing which would always remain with me was as I had an early check-out (morning 4am) the staff was kind enough to parcel breakfast for me at 4am in the morning

Staff was Courteous, responsive and very helpful. Food was excellent, our special thanks to Food and beverages dept. Room was adequate but could be slightly bigger with at least one more easy chair since it is a double room atlas two easy chairs are expected. Only problem was locating the property on GPS because of several different addresses for same location. We are however very satisfied. Thanks.

- Kids play area helped to keep my 3 year old toddler entertained during the stay. - Food here is amazing both buffet as well as ala carte. - Spacious bathroom with big bathtub. - In room foot massager was my favourite. - Room service was always on time, given that we were staying during busy new year's time. - Sohum spa has good professional staff and their services were excellent. - Check-in & Checkout experience was smooth. - Location is convenient you can easily book rikshaw/ uber cab to roam nearby attractions like sula vineyards.

The room which initially allotted, was not having a functional air-conditioner. This should have checked before the room is allocated to us.
