Good location five minutes drive from Dipkarpaz village centre. Lovely breakfast selection. Great sea views and peace from the balcony. Evening meal (selection of grilled fish/meat, salad, meze) also good quality and reasonable value. Large swimming pools and ample sunbeds without any over crowding. Generally well maintained and very clean. Beds comfortable, and fridge in rooms useful.

There was a large group of tourists around the pool area who were out of control. Not exactly the hotel's fault, but more could have been done to restore the peace and tranqulity expected for such a location.

Burhan's used to be located on the actual Golden Beach with very modest facilities and recently moved to this "upgraded" and "elevated" spot. It has one of the best sunrises from the sea and the facilities are new and clean. The clientele during our visit was a mixture of locals and tourists. The pool area has an excellent vacation vibe and all the rooms share 3-4 wifi hotspots. During my test one evening by the pool I was able to get 18mbit which is very good for North Cyprus standards, especially considering remote Karpaz location. Just understand that there might be power cuts or interruptions to service in this country and do not depend on internet for video calls into your board meetings. The breakfast has a variety of egg and cheese dishes, some juice and Nescafe that you would find in a bed/breakfast. Tasty but nothing fancy.

Very happy with my experience and I would recommend this restaurant to travelers to Karpaz area for a 2-3day vacation. The remote location has both it's blessings and curse. Last part of the road leading to the hotel is a dirt road and the location necessitates a car/suv. You will be about 15 mins away from the Golden Beach but restaurant options will be very limited, especially during non-peak months outside summer. The hotel has a road leading up to its own "beach", but more work needs to be done for the road and beach itself before it is actually ready for use. While excellent for families, travelers looking for tranquil/calm might find the children running around a bit loud.

Beautiful room decor, (my photo doesn't do it justice) with stunning views from the balcony. Relaxing outdoor area with pretty garden, infinity pool and shallow kids pool. They have golf buggies to take you down to their little beach if you don't want to do the five minute walk, so just ask. We all had a fun time snorkling down there and especially diving off the pontoon that they had in the middle of the bay. Tasty and extensive breakfast and Burhan and his staff were very welcoming. What more could you ask for?!

Think they had only just finished our room and not done the snagging yet, as the faucet on the rain shower sprayed upwards onto the ceiling, but this will easily be fixed and didn't spoil our stay! Not a gripe really, but I think their little beach was a work in progress when we were there early July '23, but we spent so much time on the pontoon, we didn't mind that it wasn't really finished! Burhan has done a great job all in all!

Great place, great spacious super comfortable rooms, three minutes from the sea. So many spaces to take a beautiful walk along the seashore. Quite, not many people around, place to chill and relax.

The drawers were not very clean at the beginning, and all three days during our stay nobody cleaned the room or even took out the trash. The restaurant menu is quite limited and pricey for not that great taste.

Brilliant location overlooking the sea. Lovely green lawns and flowers. Great location to explore Karpaz - but you need a car. Very steep path to small beach - but much better beaches short drive away so I tended not to use hotel beach. I went hiking early in the morning - hotel made be a take away breakfast to bring with me - very accommodating.

Only down side was the restaurant was very large and bright - when I was there were only a few guests - so it lacked atmosphere.

The staff were lovely, location stunning and we really loved Burhan’s commitment to being as environmentally friendly as possible. From his investment in solar power to using sea water for the pool, it was good to see someone putting the environment before profit.

Nothing, we loved it all.

View was nice. Rooms were newly furnished. The fact that pool has sea salt water was nice touch.

Hotel doesnt have its own beach. There is a road that goes to sea side. Maybe a wharf can be build in there so that people can access sea easier.

Good breakfast, great location, fantastic staff. We had a problem with a tyre of our car and they helped us solving it in 1h.

Some guests broke the foosball table.. we loved it!

The staff are so friendly the owner is very hands on and met all our needs.. It's a nice family atmosphere here the location is beautiful beaches are clean and the pool was nice too.

A few more activities for the kids would be nice maybe a slide in the pool.

Simply beautiful. The location is stunning. The pool is gorgeous. The beach is clean. We saw turtles in the sea. They have an electric buggy to take you to the beach. The food was delicious. The staff were so attentive and smiled so much. It was just an amazing stay. Internet fastest on the island. We got a late check out. And just a 20 minute drive to the lovely donkeys.
