Lot of activities for kids but it was mainly thanks to Satur travel agency. Nice pool area and garden. Beautiful sea. Food was ok. Access to cold water everywhere

Most of the staff did not speak English and we bumped into some rude staff - receptionist but other staff was not exactly pleasant either. Worst experience - hair dresser- 9 colorful braids for small child that did not look exactly good and fell apart next day for 100 euro! First room we had was stinky, but we were told there is no other room. Only after refusing to stay in stinky room and asking the receptionist if he would be willing to sleep in that room we magically got new room. It was very far from reception but at least did not stink

loved how affordable the hotel was compared to the quality and service! The food was great, and the facilities were beautiful and well-maintained. There were lots of fun activities and open areas to enjoy — even though some outdoor places were closed because it’s not summer yet,The breakfast had a wide variety and everything was fresh and tasty.The location is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway.

It was a bit too crowded and noisy at times, especially in the common areas.It would’ve been nicer if it was a bit less busy and loud. I also wish there were some nice halal mocktails available on the menu. A beautiful hotel with great value, delicious food, and excellent facilities — just a bit crowded.

The breakfast options it too limited

Staff were very helpful. The decor was beautiful.

The bar staff did not know how to make a milk shake, I got milk with ice.They did not know what a Brandy Sour was. This is a drink which was invented in Cyprus. Some of the spirits were watered down.

Have meany change on the staff it’s not professional in some place.pool inside close on 16 reasons it’s put chlorine more in the water, principal bar closed at 2 before have the bar open 24 hours food it’s not like before 2 years ago price it’s more up and quality it’s down before 4 5 yard I give for this hotel 10+ now I give maximum 8

Beautiful location with amazing facilities. Rooms were to an amazing standard. Food and Drink was to a great standard and the staff were fantastic. The water park was a god send for the children and everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the beach, the restaurant team, and the food quality. All the staff was nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks to Mr. Tamer and Ms. Gözde from reception and Mr. Gokhan from the restaurant.

The hotel is in a large area, and you need to walk.

Facilities were too good for its price.

I can’t think of anything to dislike.

This hotel is outstanding. From the minute you walk in it is pure luxury. Prosecco and gorgeous mini snacks, lovely smell. Food choices were out of this world. Endless choice, never ending food. Fabulous entertainment in the evening. Totally amazing water park and snack bar, just incredible
