The property was excellent, it was clean and modern. The superior room is luxurious and spacious with a huge bed, a a two seater sofa and an arm chair with a coffee table in the room, even with this there’s still plenty of space on the floor. There’s also a desk to work at, a TV and kettle to make tea and coffee. The wardrobes are very big with plenty of room and they have mirrored doors from floor to ceiling. There are also long full body mirrors either side of the bed on the walls which is a nice touch. Smoking is allowed in the room and ashtrays are provided and cleaned daily. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The ironing service was fast. Everyday someone would come to the room and change the bedding, provide shower gels and empty the bins, they even folded my clothes that were left out, this was a really thoughtful thing to do. I had a piece of music equipment, a MacBook and other valuable items that were left on the desk in the room everyday, everything was untouched. Very trustworthy staff. The Gym had everything needed for a good full body workout. Didn’t used the pool though it looked clean and big. The hotel is 1 minute from a late night convenience store, coffee shops, clothes shops and a place to eat. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the popular bars and places to eat which are near the University. Overall our stay was excellent with the best hotel service we’ve ever experienced. I would definitely come and stay there again as my first choice in this part of Famagusta.

The only criticism would be not having safety locks on the windows. The 8th floor is extremely high to have windows that open fully wide without restriction, I wouldn’t recommend this to a family with children

I really loved the breakfast, lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, cheeses, very tasty jams, on the weekend there were also pancakes. The room was cleaned daily, also with service always came two bottles of water and tea bags. Even though I would prefer that towels are not changed if not on the floor, they were also changed daily (and towels are new and big). The gym is pretty spacious but a bit tired. The hotel was located just between university and old city and it’s quite a walk, which I don’t really mind. The stuff is generally nice.

1. The noise. I could not sleep without earplugs, the window open or closed does not make any difference whatsoever. 8th floor and I heard everything. Not that important: 2. I do not recommend buying dinner, it was rather disappointing with very limited options. It is also very full at around 20. There are many places around to eat out, so I did that on other days. 3. Gym and sauna were closed at 21, which means it was packed before dinner. I never tried sauna and I would love to, but it was always closed even before 21. The water in pool was very cold.

Breakfast times as breakfast finished at 10 am on Saturday whereas it said breakfast finishes at 11 am on weekends. Apparently according to the hotel the weekend is Sunday only so we missed it on Saturday Also the air conditioning was operated centrally and the rooms were too hot I did tell them and they adjusted it

The location was good although close to centre it was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and even sorted a taxi for us. The breakfast was nice . We didnt get to use the spa facilities,pool or gym but they looked nice .

The bed had very little room to get in and out of as almost up against the wall on one side. The bedside lights were to big on the bedside tables so had to be moved off to prevent being knocked of when turning in bed .

The room was perfect for our family, comfy bed, very warm, coffee and tea facilities, Netflix, there was everything we needed. Food was also good. I enjoyed the sauna and massage. Good value for money.

The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy swimming. Front office staff (or whoever is dealing with booking.com messages) did not allow me to make spa reservation in advance and when we arrived of course it was fully booked the day I wanted. Generally staff was not super friendly, except the girl at the spa.

Very pleasant hotel, Zeineb at Reception Desk recognised me as a repeater guest - nice touch. Front Office Manager Mr. Soner do his best to make you stay comfortable! Very friendly and helpful!!! Room is clean, bed is very good! TV with Netflix & You Tube can be connected to you telephone. Reflexology foot massage I made - Krishma is a real doctor - she also fixed my back pain very easy! Deserved promotion!!!

At breakfast to add more choice of hot dishes. Sauna's temperature could be more high.

Everyday changing of the bathroom supplies from towels, conditioner shampoo Very good wifi Quiet rooms in my floor Swimming pool and sauna and gym are free of charge Massage is chargeble i attach prices but make a massage for sure as you will love Also rent a car from the greek side and after you go to borders you buy turkish insurance for one month it cost 40 euro only and also petrol unleaded 95 is cheaper in turkish side of cyprus and also when rent car from greek side ! tell them you will stay to Greek side and hide you stay in the other side !! The location was in a quiet place in a local neighbourhood. Reception staff very pleasant and check in quickly. Luggage taken to our room. All facilities in the room were top notch. One thing that could have been useful would be sachets of milk for the tea only had coffee mate. Shower had excellent pressure. Spacious wardrobe. Beds very comfortable. Had a lovely indoor swim in the morning in the pool. Breakfast was fabulous all you could eat buffet. We had a leisurely breakfast and after a couple of coffees went for more food as we had a full days travel ahead of us. Check out very simple quick and easy

All the staff were lovely especially Melisa. She very informative of anything. breakfast is limited, but buffe lunch is not worth the amount you pay but thier food in restaurants really yummy we ordered steak and tradition chicken something it was really good.The choice of things was limited in breakfast, and it will be great if you can propose traditional cakes.The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked weak. Breakfast was ok. Overall, it's a good hotel.

They needs to put name tag on their food, especially on the breads, the comments about breakfast is overrated the hotel needs improvements on their buffe and breakfast.Melisa, in reception cover up all minor😟 concerns overall its a good hotel.The air-conditioning really weak.
