Everything in the room exuded an extreme sense of cleanliness and comfort, from the bed linen and bathroom fittings to the impeccable lighting design. The whole complex is extremely well looked after, as are the spa and restaurant. The staff are kind and caring. The beach club offers different spots where you can enjoy the sun and relax according to your needs. A large supermarket and petrol station are a few minutes' drive away. A feather in the cap of hospitality in the wild and unspoilt Karpasia.

If I may add a suggestion, I would provide some buffet for breakfast. When we stayed, only a la carte breakfast was available, which takes obviously some time. But maybe it was because we were in low season and the hotel was almost empty.

Immaculate rooms and reception. Welcome was great and information clear and easy to understand for an English speaking traveller. The price included an amazing breakfast and also use of all the facilities, including the beach club and hammam. We paid extra for a massage and also paid €300 for a cabana for the day, which included a €250 credit for food and drink. The service was exceptional in the cabana. Best day of our entire holiday. The room service was also lovely and the evening entertainment fun.

The breakfast service was pretty poor. Although the breakfast itself was amazing and there were plenty of staff, they were poorly organised.

What an awesome hotel, we loved our 3 night stay here - wasn't long enough! We really couldn't fault anything - the whole mariner complex was amazingly well kept. I've never stayed in such a quiet hotel room - even though it was full and all the rooms open into the lobby! The rooms are full of nice little extra touches, spacious, very well equipped, and immaculate. We tried both a-la-carte breakfast options - both were superb, but the morning feast had the edge. The pool/beach area was also immaculate, and the cocktails top notch!

Only very minor complaint was one night a few items on the evening menu at the restaurant were not available.

Everything about the hotel was excellent

Becareful in bar/restaurant. Ordered brandy and lemonade. Got drink and then waiter came with price list and pointed to one and asked if this one was OK. Not realising the exchange rate on the spur of the moment I said ok. (IT was 2000tl approx 45 euros. Nothing I could do as I had agreed but surely the staff should have realised that you would not put lemonade in brandy that price but also should have been asked before I started to drink it. Felt that it was a big con as looked at price list later and it was the dearest one.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous with nice balcony. The indoor pool and the gym are of a high standard. The outdoor pool and beach are clean with loads of beds etc. Hemingways is a nice restaurant which served a fine selection of breakfasts all of which were excellent. Dinner was also of a high standard and value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The beach club was closed therefore we couldn’t use the beach or outdoor pool which was a shame because the weather was beautiful with temperatures in the mid 20’s.

Beautiful decor with a lovely ambience, very comfortable bed with great bathroom. leisure facililities were complimentary and the lap pool, spa and steam room were exceptional. Huge breakfast with every thing you could wish for which was included in the room rate. Hemmingways restaurant menu was wide ranging, food was good and would deginitely recommend the grilled aubergine starter. 10% discount for guests and 2 for 1 cocktails in Happy Hour.Had read that the wifi was poor but had no complaints. Hotel is 10 years or so old but feels like new. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Also given a late 2.00 pm checkout with no quibble.

Some of the staff struggled communicating in English but this is just an observation not a complaint and just meant things got a little lost in translation when ordering at meal times! Also one night there was live music. The musician was great but a little loud, would have appreciated more background music to accompany us as conversation was difficult!

Location, the rooms, the pool area.

The staff aren't the most pro active. Trying to get drinks or snacks and pay for things etc is difficult as the staff are mostly hiding with the boss away somewhere smoking. It seems like no-one can be bothered to help.

The hotel is one of the best we've stayed at in all our years of travel. I think we had the room with the best view looking through the gate to the marina. The rooms are beautifully designed with so much fabulous attention to detail. The indoor pool is wonderful and the breakfast at Hemingways is incredible. Thank you for helping make our 35th Wedding Anniversary so special.

I think the rooms on the ground floor looking at the wall of the marina are perhaps not worthy of the higher price. We were lucky with our room although others might be disappointed with their non view balcony.

We liked the hotel - the idea and quality of everything around is pleasing you! The staff is friendly, especially the guys in the restaurant, everyone around was very friendly with our baby, it was so nice. WI-FI is good, no problems. The bed was very comfortable. The baby cot had a mattress. The room is ergonomic, everything you need is there. There is nice SPA zone and they gave me a good massage, I liked it. The area around the hotel gives the opportunity to take a nice walk for both adults and children. The beach line is well organized for swimming in the sea and relaxing, and we also liked the large trampoline in the sea. The breakfasts were good, but not on top.

The pillows are big and high , my neck hurts. The room has many sharp corners and edges, which turned out to be unsafe for our baby. As a result, several bumps and bruises. It's not comfortable return to hotel from the parking/beach/restaurant with a baby stroller, you have to walk along the roadway, It's quite unsafe. The SPA lacks good quality skin care products for facial massage and showering, which is an important aspect for me.

Have stayed here before and they had a breakfast menu. This has changed to buffet service. The buffet was not the best. Pancakes and halloumi cheese which need to be eaten not long after cooking were taken out of a fridge and were inedible due to them being dry and hard. Think a lot if the food was left in the heat too long. The food in the restaurant on a night and the beach bar was excellent.
