Everything was amazing and wonderful, a large, clean hotel, large green spaces, and varied and delicious food. I booked a family suite and they gave me a villa with an exit to the pool.

We came out of season - end of November, when the hotel was 10% full, - so they upgraded us to a sea view for free. We chose this hotel for its beach and a territory, as we traveled with an 18-month old son and needed a safe place for walking. Cleanness was also important. We were not disappointed in any of these parameters. The selection and quality of food were very good - especially meet. Staff very friendly and helpful everywhere. SPA area small for such a big hotel and with basic facilities only (hamam, steam room, sauna, swimming pool), but clean and good quality - we did enjoy it. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Kids club - amazing safe place to let a toddler have good time.

Of course it is not a 5-star hotel if you have a regular city 5-star hotel in mind, like Marriott or Hilton. But my understanding is that for beach resorts it is often a case. E.g. in our room there were no glasses, only tea mugs, and when we asked to bring, they brought another 2 mugs :) so it seems, glasses were not on a menu. In SPA shower there were only shampoo and shower gel - no conditioner and body lotion. But maybe they count on guests to bring them from the room when going to the SPA :) And, as I said above, SPA is not big enough for such a big hotel when it is full during high season. These small details did not spoil our vacation but I mention them as in 5-star hotel these details would be on a different level.

Wonderful location, property, F&B arrangements, facility but upmost the staff. Very friendly, polite and a hardworking team making the best out of your holiday. Room was spacious and clean, quick and correct check-in and check-out and the place was stunning. Had been there just after covid before, but exceeded our expectations by miles!

Safety light in the room may distract you and keep you awake. Good feature, but would be good if you could switch this off. Gym opens at 8.00am. For early-birds, it would be good to have it opened at 7.00am. Although you can be driven in electric buggies from and to several parts of the resort, if you don't use them be careful, they sometimes pass by with over 30 km per hour, which should be limited to 15 for safety reasons.

The staff all over the place from reception to pool and sea side were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a late check out, and it was granted very generously, which was a huge thumb-up for the hotel.

Just two suggestions 1-more staff is needed around the pool. The guys working there were really into it . Literally speaking, working around the clock, but still we had to wait some time to order since there were so many guests. 2-some one fainted in the arena area, and it took a while for him to receive medical care. My suggestion is to have medical teams available on site.

Food was amazing! Options are endless, I recommend over the on-site restaurants that you pay extra for. Pool is spacious with daily activities, pool bar and poolside service were great! Really nice beach, clear water with hardly any waves all accompanied with perfect sand. We loved the unlimited towels that are available at the pool and beach. We stayed in the ocean suite, really spacious room, fantastic bathroom!

The on-site restaurants, not great food and very overpriced! Definitely avoid and stick to the buffet!

We were there for our honeymoon and it was excellent. The facility was super clean, the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious and varied, the cocktails were great, and the beach was amazing. There’s almost nothing you can’t find there. As a honeymoon bonus, we enjoyed breakfast service in the room and a lovely dinner at the à la carte restaurant. Highly recommended!

An absolutely gorgeous all-inclusive hotel. A chic room, spacious, with two bathrooms and a Jacuzzi. It was super comfortable for a family of three Very tasty food in the restaurant! A huge selection of everything. Great desserts. High-quality drinks and alcohol A large children's club. The only drawback is that the teachers speak English poorly enough, my daughter had communication problems A chic spa center, there are several saunas, a hammam and a steam room. A warm and large semi-open swimming pool

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The grounds and setting were amazing. Despite there being a lot of small children there the rooms were so quiet. The selection of food was fabulous, all fresh and fully stocked. I would highly recommend.

The only negative was the room safe was very small as laptop did not fit!

The property was well looked after and exceptionally clean. Beautiful location.

The Flame steak house was terrible, at €80/person it was way overpriced. Ordered Veal well done, it was raw in the middle. My Rib eye was tough and chewy. I would not recommend that experience to anyone.
