I just cannot find any things to note for improvement. It was perfect all around. The stuff were exceptional, super nice and they enjoyed providing service. Absolute art of hospitality. In all seriousness We cannot wait to go back there again.

Wow! We have stayed in many resorts in Cyprus and I have never received such amazing service and met such wonderful staff. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always happy to help. The Madagascar club is just fantastic, every single member of staff were genuinely interested in the children and remembered our children’s names the next day. There are many hotels that look great such as this one but the staff are what makes this place amazing. The only improvement I would suggest is sometimes certain foods were not fresh eg. Hard pancakes perhaps from the day before, but there was so much choice. Our housekeeping Belkiz was so kind and even managed to get us my son’s slipper which went down the balcony! Thank you The Arkin family, you should be proud of your team. We will definitely be returning!

It was really fine. You can find a place over the beach andnover the pool whenever you want. For Beach and Pool service you need to get your drinks on your own because it s very difficult to get the attention of thee staff. But the place was very compact and you can reach everywhere very easily.

Our all inclusive 2-day stay was fantastic. Kids enjoyed a lot (6 and 8 years old). Due to it was october and windy we could not benefit or use the sea, aquapark entertainments for kids that I am sure they will love it during summer, still it was lovely to stay and have fun at Madagaskar Kids Village. With many activities offered we enjoyed spending timw within the hotel and not bored to go outside the hotel. The food offered as a breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing and tasty with variety of options. There was a mini party corner for halloween kids enjoyed it .Also some food and deserts have been decorated accordingly foe Halloween and kids enjoyed it as well. There was a Galaxy Game room fo 8+ , my 8 years old son liked it a lot. The staff was friendly and helping too.

The Hotel was luxurious and very big .It included almost every facility one may need . Atmosphere was kind of family type with a lot of games and playing facilities for children. The food was enormous and diverse. I believe it covered all kind of tastes . Staff were OK and well managed. I am really satisfied with guest relation team led by Miss Shahrzad. They were 24/7 ready to help you with any relevant or even non relevant matters .

Not much I didn’t like but there are few things that could be improved: WiFi quality on the beach was not good and it is most probably because of overloading the access points .it needs improvement. I would suggest they put some fridges including soft drinks in the dining hall so that people can grab what they want rather than looking for staff to serve them . I believe it will reduce the burden on the staff too.

All the buffet meals were very tasty with a very good selection although the hot dishes could have been a lot hotter. The catering department staff's English was not great but then I don't speak Turkish! The valet parking was a boon. Our room was beautifully decorated for our wedding anniversary.

The dinner plates were cold but the staff did warm them when asked. We were staying off season so the International restaurants were not open, which was disappointing.

All inclusive food and drink package was amazing lots to choose from and great quality. All staff are attentive and happy to help.

Pool was not available and only a small part of the beach was accessible during my stay. The rest of the beach was being worked on which made it hard to relax as there was a lot of construction noise. The sea water was also dirty around the hotel possibly due to the construction works.

The variety of food, all inclusive was excellent. Very tasty. Room was comfortable and cleaned everyday. Stayed here before when first opened in the summer. Loved all the seating areas on the beach for drinks and snacks.

Not to serve red wine from the fridge. Not having decaf tea or coffee.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The beach, The beach bar, The rooms, the restaurant, the food, the staff, the casino all was perfect. I usually hesitate to go to all inclusive hotels but this was top quality and chic and very high end! I absolutely LOVED it!

The hotel was excellent. It is a perfect 5-star hotel. The beach is long and peaceful. The breakfast was perfect. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is a little far from the main cities of north Cyprus so there is not much to do outside the hotel. However, the hotel is quite large and provides you anything you may need or want.
