The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ drive from the city center. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived a day late, but they allowed us to use the missed day on a different date, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us very happy. With free parking and an affordable price, this place is a fantastic option in this city. The location is also very quiet at night, making it perfect for rest. Finding such a nice place in a city as beautiful as Quebec City was truly a stroke of luck.

The hotel is five or ten minutes drive from Old Quebec City ramparts, which made it perfect. All we did there was sleep, so we did not need many amenities. The air conditioning worked great. The motel is older, but the management is refurbishing it, There are a variety of restaurants within two or three blocks, easy to walk. The management was very friendly and gracious, and we were able to extend our stay for an extra day, since Quebec City is such a great place to visit. The price was very good for this city, and free parking is a rare thing. The location is quiet at night.

Honestly, the room was more spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet than a lot of much more expensive hotels I've stayed in. The suburb It's in is convenient, people are very friendly, and Pizza Giffard down the street is not to be missed. Really, this is the best place I've stayed in this price range and tbh, I got a lot better sleep than I have at a lot of better rated, more expensive places. The decor was honestly even better than most of those.places, too. The woman who runs the place is very nice, helpful, and efficient.

Very convenient location to downtown, quiet, comfortable beds, quad room had plenty of room and great table space. Good wifi. The front desk staff was very helpful working with my lack of French, which I so much appreciated.

Room/fixtures are old (though redecorated and everything was in good working order). Faint smell of smoke upon entry though I didn't notice it after 5-10 minutes. I wish the window was openable to let some fresh air in.

The curtain was pretty small. So that anyone outside could see us inside the bedroom if he came closer...

Quiet location close to main transit route to the old city.

Lack of coffee filter in the coffee maker and water in the shower was tricky to adjust to avoid freezing or burning.

Ozar, the owner was just wonderful. He went above and beyond to do everything to make our stay great!

Wish I had a bathtub but it was my fault as I'm sure they have rooms with one.

The property is located at a good location. It is close to the Quebec City and montmorency falls. Value for money and a safe neighbourhood.
