Great stay! The rooms are incredibly spacious and have an adorable aesthetic. The location is excellent as well and within walking distance of everything. To the main strip of restaurants we did have to walk up a very steep hill every day so keep that in mind. There is a parking lot across the street for 20$ per day.

Need to bring all your own toiletries. They had a little travel size shampoo conditioner but not enough for the whole stay. Very little soap so we were happy we brought our own toiletries. The bed itself is not comfortable at all but the beautiful room made up for it :)

Location was good, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of clean towels, far more than we needed. Great position for the station and getting around the main tourist attractions.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was no lift so we had to drag our cases up about 40 stairs. We thought we’d reached the apartment only to open the door to be faced with another 17 or 18 stairs and the handrail was loose. The instructions to turn the heating off didn’t work, every time I tried to change the settings it only allowed me to change the temp from centigrade to Fahrenheit.

The location was wonderful!

The address that I got through booking.com was not the address that we were actually booked at. It was only about one block away but frustrating as the code we got was not for the address we were given. They did give me advice on parking but it was not the closest parking lot that they said it would be. The parking lot they gave me was at the first address. A little confusion but they did answer the phone right away and gave us the proper information. We pulled the suitcases about two blocks which was unnecessary. Once we found it and pulled the suitcases up three sets of stairs the apartment was beautiful and comfortable!

This apartment is perfectly located. We took the train from Montreal to La Gare du Palais station, and even walked to the apartment. The Old City is a short walk away, just remember Quebec city has a lot of hills! The apartment was very clean, with a comfortable Queen bed, and the most comfortable sofa bed! The washroom was modern, the whole place seemed newly renovated.

I knew I was booking to top floor, however the 4 flights of stairs are quite steep, so beware. The ceilings are also low, so if you are tall, you might not want to choose the top floor. Lastly, there was a power outage in the area while we were there, no fault of the owner, however candles and a lighter would be something the property could add.

Everything! The location was superb! We felt like we were on a movie set. It was absolutely stunning. The room is very comfortable. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

The signage on the street is very confusing. It indicates it is paid parking but makes no reference for how/where to pay. After a $95 ticket (just after we had offloaded our bags) we discovered there is an app for street parking. We had already paid to park in a nearby lot so this was a bit of a kick in the pants.

The loft was spacious, with a separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with table, and large comfortable sofa with a a TV. The loft P103 required climbing stairs, 2 small flights. While the AC was perfect for the living room area, it didn’t reach all the way into the bedroom, so the bedroom was a bit warm. The loft had a full-size washer and dryer. The loft had a coffee maker and full size fridge as well as a range. There were a few lovely restaurants near the loft. We very much enjoyed Louise Taverne. Despite the uphill walk to the tourist area, there is a bus very close to the Loft that will take you anywhere you need to go. The bus was awesome!

Located in the Port area, this loft was walking distance from the train station and also from the cruise terminal. When cruise ships come in there are many tourists in the area. We were not able to find a pharmacy or grocery store in the area without climbing up the hill. This loft, while near the train station and port is a 15 minute walk to the main tourist area of the city. This would be no problem, but it’s pretty much all uphill! The loft is a 2 minute walk from a covered bus stop that will take you all the way through the tourist area to Rue Saint-Louis and also to all the restaurants and bars on Grand Allee east.

Because there were emails from the property and from the company we booked through it was confusing and I never saw any code for the door sent to me. But I called someone and they got us the code and in the door.

Youal need a blanket and pillow on the sofa. We could not figure out the temperature control. Could turn down or off the AC if there were fans. Fans. There should be a book in the apartment that contains information - with numbers to call. Property, emergency. Local restaurants and sites. a map maybe. How to work the TV. ect.

The apartment was very nicely appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect, in the lower part of Old Quebec. Walking distance to everything including the funicular or the stairs to the haute-ville, lots of great restaurants nearby. Parking is also very close and can be reserved and paid for through Les Lofts.

I didn’t mind but up steep set of stairs, so nor good for anyone with mobility issues.

Excellent location close to the port, restaurants and attractions. Very short walk uphill to Old Quebec. Very clean and spacious. Convenient parking across the street in a parking lot (20$ / day). Very comfortable beds. Nice shower and beautiful tiled bathroom. Full size washer and dryer.

Some amenities like coffee were not in the loft. No place for soap and shampoo in the shower (but this would require drilling into the beautiful tile)

the apartment was a nice size for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. the bunks in the second room were perfect. The location was great. Kitchen was well equipped.

could have had a few hooks on the wall of the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothes. The larger bedroom did not have any place for a suitcase, such as a suitcase rack.
