this place's location is perfect, the room and washroom is super clean. price is half cheaper than other places

The noise from the people outside is too noisy that we couldn't sleep well. our room is next to the washroom. so at 7:00 am we can hear people shower and the toilet noise

The location was perfect right in the middle of vibrant city, plenty of great restaurants and sightseeing. The staff were amazing.

The only downside was the stairs if you were at level 3, top floor. Lots of stairs to climb with your luggage. Thanks to the gentleman at the check-in, he made my life a lot easier with my big luggage. The beds were quite noisy every time someone made some moves. It was hard with only one toilet to share with a bunch of people, that was the most inconvenience during my stay.

The location is amazing as it is directly in the heart of the old city and accessible to all the beautiful parts of Quebec by foot. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen and living space is very comfortable and clean.

Everything was fine except the toilets on our floor were really not clean and needed to be much cleaner and maintained. I don't think they were cleaned more than once a day and that's just not enough for the number of people there.

The location was extremely convenient - walkable from the train station and all major tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shared spaces were comfortable and welcoming. The temperature was very comfortable given how cold Quebec City can get in winter, and the shower stalls had excellent water pressure!

The beds were a little small and there's not much soundproofing between rooms, so earplugs can be helpful for light sleepers if schedules differ across the floor.

It was very clean. You see staff cleaning all the time. Bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was the best, it had a lot of pressure. The guy at reception, who also works at the restaurant 3 doors down the hostel, was super friendly and accommodating.

I lost the paper with the codes to access the property. There was no way to contact anyone. This was at 12:25 am …

This was my first time in Quebec City and I really wasn't sure what to expect. I booked this hostel as it stated it wasn't on the busy party street. I was travelling alone for the first time in years and first time at a hostel. I am older and was pleasantly surprised to see many people my age, perhaps older and families. I met some amazing people in the hostel and we went out for a night. I appreciated the all-girls bathroom and the layout. The hostel was clean and extremely well-placed in Old Quebec. I was very impressed with the staff and their willingness to help out. Hands down, this was perfect place to stay in my vacation and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Loved the location, lobby, rec room, and kitchen (which had any cookware you could ever need) . I loved the environment and the decor as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful :)

It was a bit hot for my parents but I didn't mind it much. The AC is loud as well so earplugs are recommended for those who are light sleepers (they provide them in the lobby).

The bed was comfortable and blankets. The toilets were clean. Tha staffs were nice and accommodating. The guests in our room were so quiet. Kitchen, sofas and dining table were good.

What we experienced, in our room the other guests were so bad smells . There were 4 men and room smells was so annoying. The odor was very strong, the smells of the shoes and armpits gave us headaches. It was a nightmare for us.🤣🤣🤣. Even we opened the window but odor was still strong. During the night, children's walked with their sandals were so noisy.

The location of this hostel was amazing - it’s walking distance to all attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and all communal areas were quite clean and nice to wind down in.

Unfortunately the beds were extremely uncomfortable and small, and the bedding was scarce - only a flat sheet + a throw blanket. It was quite cold of the evenings so getting warm was hard with minimal bedding.

The staff were amazing! They couldn't do enough when I asked for some help. The location is perfect and the prize is great.

There was no option for a single room, I had also paid for a female dorm and was given a dorm with guys. Once I spoke to reception they were extremely apologetic and helped fix the problem straight away
