A really lovely location with beautiful gardens. The unit itself was perfect for my partner and I, plus my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law loved this accommodation and has told several people about it since. This modern unit has traditional furnishings, a large living area with big windows looking out onto the garden, a well-equipped kitchen and a wrap-around balcony with lots of seating. It is a short drive from town and was a great place to base ourselves to visit the Naracoorte Caves.

Breakfast was adequate, though most B&B's provide eggs and bacon for at least the first morning. However there was plenty of cereals and bread provided. the kitchen was well equipped and the availability of ground coffee and the plunger was appreciated. The garden and surrounds were very pleasant.

The cottage was at the front of the grounds, even though set well back from the road which is a highway, there was some road noise.

Such a beautiful, tranquil location. The Possum's Paradise cottage is so beautiful and well-presented, with a lovely view of the sunset from the back balcony. We were even left a couple of sweet slices and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. We had everything we needed and more for a lovely weekend getaway. Thank you :)

The WiFi mostly didn't work and when it did it was very slow. But honestly, we weren't there to use much technology so this wasn't much of an issue for us. It was to be expected in the remote location.

Everything about this place is excellent. We arrived late and let ourselves into the wrong cottage, oops. Unpacked etc, then the owner popped over to let us know we were in the wrong cottage. She wasn’t cross and asked us to move to the correct one. She had the heaters on in the correct one and it was toastie warm. Thank you so much. Breakfast goodies were supplied along the a special treat. Thank you.

Four of us enjoyed two spacious cottages set in lovely grounds. It was easy to self-cater with good facilities and a good dining table. the large living area had two sofas for comfortable lounging. Breakfast items (cereals, spreads, bread, fruit. were provided. Car port als.

One cottage was short a frying pan.

We were amazed with this place. Although it is decorated with a definite female touch, the quality of the furnishings well exceeded the usual holiday apartment type. The generosity of the breakfast supplies, the multiple little personal touches plus the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, the lovely building, the beautiful grounds, oh my, l could go on and on. Wonderfully surprising place.

There is nothing not to like.

This was our second stay and once again a most enjoyable stay. Each villa is separated on the large garden property. The Vilas have everything you need as if being in your own house. This is a great location for a stopover between Melbourne and Adelaide. Carolynne is a great host explaining and ensuring you have all your needs. We highly recommend this property. .

Beautiful spacious accomodation. Close to all amenities and attractions. This is our second time staying in 2022 and we will definitely be returning. Unit is well equipped and beautifully clean with little touches of luxury, bathrobes, bottle of wine and home made cakes. Undercover private parking and beautiful grounds as well as being pet friendly complete this wonderful accomodation. Would highly recommend

Stayed in Robins Nest the first time internet was good, stayed in Blue Wren this time and internet not as good, but we just used our phones to hotspot so not really a problem.

Clean, well equipped accommodation. A real home from home. Beds were very comfy. Beautiful garden surroundings. We would have loved to stay longer but we were only passing through the area. During our travels around Australia this property was the only one to provide breakfast items which was very much appreciated when you are on the move.

We could fault the accommodation.

We stayed in Blue Wran cottage, which is the closest to the road. So clean, so comfortable, so beautiful - it was just too bad that we stayed here only one night! The kitchen was fully equipped with any tool or utensils you might need. The host left lots of food for us, so we had a great breakfast in the morning. It was just perfect, and we highly Carolynnes Cottages!
